So disappinted! After few nights of using noticed that one side was lower. Then we noticed that it was damaged in the middle. They took zero responsibility even though it was just matter of weeks saying that I should have noticed directly if it was production/transport issue. They just offered 50euro discount from 299euro of new damaged part to 249euro.
Dont go there!

Communication was really bad. I got an email to review them, when my order wasn’t even with me. Then on the delivery day they only sent one person to deliver my mattress (it is a latex very very heavy mattress), so the driver asked me (a woman) to help him get it out of the van, but he then wouldn’t help me get it up 1 flight of stairs. I’ve never received such a bad service from a company in my life. I am happy with the mattress but the lenght of waiting for the product, lack of communication, extremely poor attitude and approach at the delivery stage made me furious.

Good product. Fully satisfied. Delivery took a while but worth for waiting.

I was promised a refund 3 weeks ago and has still not be done. I have sent numerous emails and yet have not received a refund. This is highly disappointing especially as I had to fight for them to agree to the refund. Really poor communication skills and just decency.

They told us they will change the mistake they was doing and after 4 months waiting they didn’t call us or not reach back when we started asking them about our bed

the customer service was the worst. no one answers the phone. you can call them and it your self. they're not punctual. they barely answer your emails. the only thing good was the bed itself that comes from a different country.

The design of the product is very good: 200x200cm with a single mattress.

The assembly was done very efficiently and quickly.

We initially faced some issues with our order as it got lost, resulting in a significant waiting time. However, once a new order was placed with their supplier, everything went smoothly, and the bed was delivered on the promised date. The bed looks great so far, and we are very happy with it. A small note for those opting for assembly: make sure you have enough space for the packaging and plastics, as the delivery team, unfortunately, cannot take them back with them. Overall, a positive experience after the initial hiccup!

Good quality, optimal quality/price ratio. Amazing customer service, they reply quickly and do their best to meet your availability in terms of deliver date/time.

We really liked their service and products. Quality is very good. I definitely advice everyone.

Never buy from this shop. Service didnt revert to my mails timely and I finally received an email confirming package have been shipped and delivered. Unfortunately no package was delivered. Shipment company sends me to the shop and shop is unresponsive. My money is taken with no goods being delivered. There is a name for this act if you dont respond to client clearly proving that the goods were indeed shipped.
Dont buy anything from this place and save your money for better service.
