Beautylish was founded in the fall of 2010 with a simple purpose—to create a community where beauty lovers could share their collective beauty wisdom. People loved it, and our community grew to hundreds of thousands in a few short months. Beautylish rapidly became a valuable resource for the discovery of beauty products. Yet the experience felt noticeably incomplete because we weren't able to assist our members in purchasing the amazing products they loved. This led us to launch our own online boutique in 2012. We feel that the world is not short of beauty products, stores, or stories, but somewhere along the way, it became short of specialness. Beautylish exists to find exceptional products, tell the inspiring stories behind them, and deliver them with thoughtfulness. We believe an amazing customer experience is driven by a personal relationship with our customers.

This site has enabled my growing collection of very expensive makeup brushes... but also some surprisingly affordable ones, so it all evens out.
The rewards/points program is good, and the gift card events are stellar. Shipping is SUPER fast, and the products are always nicely packaged. I recently needed to contact customer support about an issue, and they were very responsive. No complaints!
I cannot recommend this company enough - After being let down by a UK retailer, who lost my package during the delivery process and subsequently having the items I needed go out of stock, I was quite panicked about having what I needed for my birthday holiday. Ordered for the first time from Beautylish.com and paid for express shipping. The items came, really securely packaged, and earlier than expected! I’ll be ordering from this company again and recommending to my friends.
I was initially skeptical after visiting the website, so I checked TikTok and found they seemed genuine. Being in the UK, I decided to place an order, but it failed twice, which made me wonder if the company was legit. I reached out and got a quick response—they were having a technical issue and kept me updated throughout. I placed my order on 21/04/25 and received it today, 29/04/25, nicely packaged by Tristan. A big thank you to Nils, Sara, Katrina, and everyone involved, including the Amazon delivery driver who came by twice to ensure I got it.
Order says shipped but 15 days later still the tracking number says order isn’t picked up. Wrote 3 emails and no reply
It’s a scam I guess

Placed an order on 16th March and contacted customer service on the 27th as delivery still hasn’t taken place. Customer Service, in particular Art, was excellent in resolving the matter. He acknowledged that there was a delay in the dispatch and processed the refund swiftly. On top of that, he also informed the courier to carry on delivering my order regardless of the refund. All in all, a happy customer who will be returning!

I have emailed so many times saying that a part was missing from a order,is there a phone number? No one is replying

Great website! The products are genuine, and the delivery time is quite fast given that I ordered from the UK, and there were no hidden fees! The order came securely packed with all of the products intact! I will order from them again when needed!
Garbage spam company based out of china, looking to collect your data and to sell you cheap expired warehouse makeup that was rejected by stores. Worst quality and questionable business practices, watch for spam and harrassment. Bad selection of obviously paid partners.
I placed an order on 8/30/24 for ~$260. I received an email from Beautylish on 9/2/24 informing me their system showed I had not paid 2/3 flexible payments from my first Beautylish order placed on 10/22/15. I had received no prior correspondence from Beautylish about a balance since the nearly 10yrs has passed. Contrary, I received a Beautylish email on 12/19/15 confirming my second payment and once Beautylish processes my third payment on 12/22/15 “you will have no remaining balance on this order”.
I contacted my credit card company to provide Beautylish with my 2015 statement showing the charges for 3/3 flexible payments, but they stated they only hold account statements for the last 7yrs. Since this occurred more than 7yrs ago, I have no access.
Despite sharing all of the above with Beautylish to resolve this mixup, I was told they would not provide any assistance leaving me to pay twice for these two flexible payments or my new order would be cancelled. Disappointed by the lack of support I received given this unusual situation, I decided it was best to cancel my order with Beautylish. At this time, I cannot recommend Beautylish and greatly hesitate to make future orders with them.

I didn't know delivery is by Amazon. I don't have the order today. There is no guarantee I will receive the order. Therefore I request immediate full refund of £42 including free postage and VAT in order to end unacceptable order created by mistake. It is not my responsibility to verify if amazon is your partner.

4/8/2024 amazon we tried to deliver email:
Unfortunately, we ran into an issue when attempting your delivery from Landmark Global US
Tracking ID
A12568061443
same day amazon marked as delivered:
Your package from Landmark Global US was delivered. Your package was left near the front door or porch (with pic that doesn't include my order)
me notifying beautylish:
I have requested full refund because of logistics issue. that is amazon. I didn't receive the item but it was marked as delivered after "we tried to deliver" email. Because it is by amazon, there was no option to refuse delivery.
I am still waiting for full refund. You can process refund now or process refund later with my very unpleasant negative review online everywhere.
Given that this behaviour (ignoring non delivery and refusing refund) is not a one off by beautylish, I recommend not using this site.

My first time shopping with beautylish since I’ve heard great reviews about them. Placed an order for some new brushes. FedEx was suppose to deliver them with signature but I did not receive my package. I got a notification that it was delivered and signed for by someone else. I contacted beautylish they basically told me tough luck because it was signed for and they can’t do anything about it. Contacted FedEx as well but told me I was unable to do anything since I was not the shipper. Beautylish has not been any help at all. I was told by others to write a review here so people can be aware of how unhelpful they have been regarding situation like this.
Edit (07/23/2024): As I have stated in the emails, even though it was marked as delivered and signed, I did not sign for it myself and I do not recognize the name for the signature proof. I have also reach out to Afterpay to dispute but they said it is between you guys and me as they are not liable for any lost packages. At this point, I’m just accepting the fact that my money is considered stolen and you guys and FedEx refuse to take responsibility for my package. I’m just leaving this review here to warn others of what may happen to their packages and will continue to warn others on other forums as well to when facing similar issues. Whether you want to continue to resolve this issue is up to you guys since I can assume from the emails and your replies, nothing else will be done to help me and you guys wash your hands of it.

Firstly, customer service is typically top notch, shipping times lightening quick, and every order typically comes with a generous sample of something.
HOWEVER, the reason for the 3 stars is because for the last year or two, not only are they no longer selling my favorite brands like Farmacy and Benefit, but all of the brands they DO have on offer seem to be of ridiculously pitiful inventory numbers.
Nearly everytime I come to the site to pick up a new Sonia G brush and replace my staples, they're CONSTANTLY out of stock.
Not only are they out of stock, but ill come back to check weeks if not months later and the items are *STILL* out of stock.
New Tom Ford releases will be sold out within hours. (sometimes minutes)
Beautylish used to be my #1 resource for beauty products for years, but unfortunately I can't even remember the last successful purchase I've made from Beautylish. I say this, bc what prompted the review in the first place, is I put the LA Mer foundation I was interested in (of course, the last one in stock)
it allowed me to add it to cart, but then when I tried to check out, I was given the message that my foundation was out of stock.
However the website still shows that there's one left.
Super irritated at this point, I contacted customer service who assured me that they did still have it, but that I'd likely need to make the purchase over the phone.
I just didn't think it was worth the effort at that point.
Beautylish, you REALLY need to get a handle on your inventory issues, and with retaining our favorite brands.
The loss of Benefit and Farmacy were major blows to my consumer confidence.
I see that Beautylish has added many new expensive indie brands to the site that I've barely heard of, which is fine, but I'm less keen to throw their products in my cart as an add on,
if I can't even shop for my basic trusted staples from dependable brands bc my shade is ALWAYS out of stock, and it takes virtually a decade to restock them, and then they're out again immediately?!
Why would I want to purchase a lucky bag this year, if I know that beautylish clearly struggles to maintain basic inventory on the desirable items?
Its all but a guarantee that my $75-150 bag will be overstock from brands I've never heard of before, bc that's literally all the inventory it seems you have.
I understand that Covid was a colossal economic disaster for smaller businesses- ESPECIALLY beauty, so perhaps that's a major contribution to the aforementioned inventory/brand retention issues?
Hopefully the issue gets fixed in the future, bc I would absolutely love to splurge again there.
I really miss the beautifully wrapped packages the customer service and exquisite fude brush hauls.
What an amazing customer service ?!!I am still mind blown how fast and how nice they are .they sent me out a new product(since mine smells awful) right away without any further questions ! Just amazing!
Items took over a month to arrive, when I enquired few weeks after ordering about the tracking i got very snappy replies from customer care.. most likely wont buy from again

Great product choices and even better customer service!
I have been a customer of this online retailer for 4 years. While they may take a bit longer to deliver, everything I’ve ever ordered from them has always arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Treat yourself! I had the most relaxing spa day here. The massages, facials, and ambiance are pure zen. It's like a mini-vacation for your soul
I was really looking forward to getting more Jeffery Star face cream, I've not used this shop before what I received was either Fake or very gone off it smells disgusting it's supposed to smell like strawberry, I can't even use will have to go in the bin, it's not cheap so I am bit upset and disappointed as other than this it was a good service fast delivery nice packed I would have become a regular customer, Its clearly very off cream sorry . EDIT
I've changed my review, thank you for the fast response and to sorting this out so fast. Regards
