There was an issue where the checkbox fields weren’t being transferred into the Google Sheet, so I reached out to them for support.

The WordPress plugin Advanced File Manager Shortcode is very useful and flexible. The customer support is very committed. For example, I got very obliging help during the migration from the old to the current licensing model

I've been using them for years and never had any issues. At some point, I had to switch relay service and use a different API which caused me some minor issues. They responded almost immediately when I reached out to get to a solution. Absolutely the best SMTP service for Wordpress!
