WOW Car Wash Proceed with Caution

I have had the WOW top of the line membership for over a year. they advertise their system does not hurt paint. I have a 2021 Cadillac Escalade and their soaps have all but removed the factory clear coat. They profess that they apply ceramic to the body and the detailer shop says there is no way to spray it on its a waste. my paint is now fading since it ruined my clear coat. the first shot of soap and degreaser is too abrasive on my paint. they say think beyond the sponge but still have massive swirl marks
