Well Worn 

I have ordered 2 cargo pants. But they sent 1 Jean's and trousers..the return policy is not cleared..and they were not replying our concern..it's fake one.
Even I am not ready to give one rating also..worst company and cheating company.

They have sent low quality pants, that were not worth of 200 hundred rupees and collected 900 rupees

Not a good item ….. totally a different item recieved.

Bought a pair of dungarees, didn’t try them on in the shop as my parking was due to end. Turned out they didn’t fit quite right so tried to return them to be told they don’t do returns, only exchanges. They have a small photo frame, amongst a clutter of other items, on the service desk explaining their returns policy in font which is fairly small. At no point before the sale did the sales assistant inform me it was exchange only, if she had of, I probably wouldn’t have bought them given I had no time to try them on.

Returns policy explanation is strategically placed on the opposite side of the card reader. Never again.

This site is a scam. I order a jacket and after 5 months never received it. They sent fake tracking numbers and reassuring emails. All fake

I echo other reviewers - I should have done my research prior to ordering. I've been given the run-around for weeks now. The stuff comes from China and is "tied up in customs." I'd never do business with this group again and strongly advise you do the same.

Order placed 1/5/23 and as of 3/22/23 no product...the 'tracking' number is USELESS! Disputed with my bank to get my $ back. They drop ship from China so odd's are I wont even get a good quality product if it pops up!

I had a terrible experience with this seller who provided me with false tracking information to buy time since Dec 24 2023. Despite my attempts to contact them for an update on my order, I was left with no response until I opened a dispute. After an investigation, the seller claimed that there was a change in the order with a tracking number that turned out to be false.

When I finally received (2 weeks after) an email from the seller with a new tracking number, it was clear that they had provided false information to delay the resolution of my dispute. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and dishonesty displayed by this seller.

I would not recommend purchasing from this seller and caution others to be wary of their practices. It is important to be transparent and honest with customers, and unfortunately, this seller failed to do so.

Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not purchase from this seller again.

Over a year no product or refund.

This company is pure Scam. Bought a jacket in August and never received it. Lucky I disputed the transaction with Visa and got my money back. They stopped answering my emails at certain point and wanted to get away with it. Stay away from them. They are thieves.

This company is a scam.
They have made many excuses over the last 7 months but still nothing. I have asked for a refund 4 times now the do not even reply.

I ordered a jacket back in September of 2022 and they never gave me a tracking number or order number I’ve called many times I got ripped off and before you order off of well worn check reviews first

Well worn studios is still out there. Please don’t let them rip you off too. All their reviews that are good must be friends with bogus reviews. Still waiting on an order from July 13 2021, and contacted many many many times

They never sent the real jacket, even one year later.

The good reviews on this are probably posted by Well Worn themselves.

This website is a complete scam. Stay away. I paid for shoes that kept getting delayed. After I asked multiple times for a refund, they have gone quiet. This is 5 months later, shoes still haven't even shipped.

Stay away!!!!!! I purchased a winter jacket in January 2022. I received it but the quality was super bad. I emailed them that I wanted to return it and get my money back. They told me I had to pay for shipping which I did. They asked me to take few pictures of a jacket and emailed them to them which I also did. They received a jacket in February. Today is September 11th. I still did not receive my money back…They are scamming people and getting away with it.

One year ago i paid for a pair of boots ($107 Aust) with these crooks.....after 2 months i asked them for a tracking #......they saids boots were not in stock and i could have Store credit....i said i did not want credit but a refund...they said they didn,t do refunds on CANCELLED orders...i reminded them that the boots were not IN STOCK..NOT Cancelled..then commenced months of back and forward Emails,with WW saying stiff like"how,s you day been so far?" "we have exceeded our refund limit this week" "we will escalate your case to the Escalation team for action" "we will pass it on to the supervisor for Escalation" "we understand your frustation we are doing all we can" blah,blah,blah.....etc etc....they are just a bunch of Chinese scammers, they should be shut down,i have reached the end of my patience....does anyone know how i can proceed some action against these Thieves.......Gavin Sharpe.....
