I needed a new website for my business and I came across Website Maisters UK, they gave me a dedicate account manager, his name is Ryan and he's very helpful, ready to listen to my complains and always ready to resolve any issues. Though the website took longer than expected, but I think it all worth it. Thank you Ryan for all your help.

I have a good experience with website maisters. They did what I asked them. I needed a website and they replied on time and allocated staff and prepared the website within few days. They received the questions from me about what changes or amendments should they bring to the website, they welcomed all my recommendations and did without any delays. Thanks for their fast and reliable support.

Webmaisters / Design Eternal are not a company you can trust. For instance they have 2 accounts on trust pilot website maisters and web design maisters.

After dragging out what was supposed to be a 3-month project into almost a year, delivering code so outdated and amateurish it was unusable, they’ve now gone one step further: they offered to “finish the website for free” if I agreed not to post, or to remove, my reviews warning others. I declined — because no amount of “free” work can fix the woeful standard of what they produce.

This is not a case of being a “difficult client.” I have full proof: recordings of meetings where Fred repeatedly talked over us, dismissed requests, and displayed an arrogance and lack of professionalism that was staggering. His misogyny was blatant — including asking if there was “a man who could explain it” after refusing to act on my instructions.

If you want to see the truth for yourself, you can. Add 799 to my name on Gmail and I can share recordings, screenshots, and everything you need to understand why this company should be avoided.

They hide behind two names — Webmaisters and Design Eternal — pretend to be based in Liverpool when they’re not, they are based in India and string people along while wasting time and money. Now they’re trying to buy silence by offering free work. That says it all.

The positive reviews can only be purchased or fake as my experience mirrors the experience of others on their other trust pilot profile found if you search the name and look for the logo.

Do not fall for the fake reviews. Do not waste your time or money. And certainly do not trust a company that thinks silencing criticism is a business model.

Great level of work & extremely patient from a customer service point.

The guys at Website Maisters have done a great job recently completing a website for my small, local and sustainable gardening business.
They have provided a very professional, helpful and informative service with a comprehensive website building and hosting package at great value.

Ryan Harris is a absolute star
I am very new to this tech world of websites and had a lot of questions regarding process pricing, ryan Harris made my life very simple from start to finish, he answered all my questions in full detail and pricing and time it takes to build a website, really cannot fault them on anything, they have been patient with me and everything I needed help with ryan was only a phone call away, he did not have to go beyond but he did everything for me and I really appreciate this, he is a credit to the company.
I will be recommending to all my family and friends.
