I wanted to write this review because I’m opening a new business and having to have a website for the first time. I spent probably 2 months trying to figure out which webbuilder would be best. Then I found Web design Vibe and met the team! I was so happy to see how they take my ideas and bring them to life! Any changes I need are done quickly and with no problem. Emma and her team are amazing and so much fun to work with. If you need a web site or redesign go with them…5 star service.

At first, I wasn't sure abouy web Design Vibe, but it won me over. They created a beautiful website for my small company that has cost five times as much.

Working with this company was a frustrating experience (I worked with Mark and Jason). After the initial payment, nearly every conversation focused on upselling — from SEO services to hosting and domain registration. I was charged $150 for a domain they promised to secure, but after a week of inaction, I had to purchase it myself through a third party. A refund was eventually issued, but only after multiple follow-ups.

I provided all the content for the website myself, word for word, which I had expected. However, anytime I voiced concerns, I was told, “You can’t say that,” or brushed off with, “We’ve delivered 100% of what you asked for” — which simply wasn’t true. They overlooked basic tasks like purchasing the domain, fixing broken links, and updating photos, even after repeated requests. To their credit, those issues were eventually resolved. Unfortunately, the final website was delivered without the Google Analytics tags, which should have been a simple addition to WordPress.

Abraham Collins from Web Design Vibe, along with his team, helped us design and implement a beautiful website. We are extremely pleased with the look, feel and functionality of the Where the River Flows/Ministry Network website!

Additionally, Abraham provided superior post-launch support to address changes and additions after the website went live. For this assistance, we are appreciative and grateful!

I want to thank Rob Garner for the excellent job he did designing my new website. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Rob was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable as I asked questions and offered input. The final result is a clean, professional-looking website that I'm proud to share. He even helped me with the branding materials, which really brought everything together.
