The painting is well-done, and clearly hand-painted, but the colors don’t quite match what I saw online. Maybe lighting differences? Still debating if I should request a touch-up.

I purchased 2 pieces of artwork from Vinchy Art. I do have to say that purchasing artwork online can be frustrating as you never know what color the artwork truly is as all monitors can show a different color.

I received my order approximately 3 weeks out and was very unhappy. After contact Vinchy Art, they quickly responded and agreed to redo the artwork again and change the frame to a floating frame.

I received my replacement artwork and I am very happy.

It was very difficult to open the package. The painting and the frame met my requirements, but the wooden box packaging was too difficult to open. There was sawdust all over the floor. I hope the packaging method can be improved.

The painting I received is very beautiful. I want to praise the artist for doing a great job, but the size I bought is smaller, but this is my problem.

After my first art piece arrived damaged they were quick to respond and quick to replace it. After approving the second finished piece with hues of browns and tans, the piece I received was taupe and gray. I thought I might have gotten someone else’s art piece so quickly emailed them with pictures of the art I had approved and the art I received. After 2 unanswered emails with my concerns, I’m stuck with an expensive piece of art that sits in my garage to be taken to Salvation Army’s thrift store.
