The painting was okay the service was responsive but the canvas felt a bit thinner than I thought it would be maybe better suited for smaller rooms

This company gets an A PLUS for customer service! I will say this to potential buyers... check your email VERY closely when they send it for approval. They are WONDERFUL about making changes but of course can't change it once you get it. It's far better to go back and forth a few times than to end up unhappy with what gets shipped to you. If you do hit a snafu - rest assured they WILL make it right!!
