I accidentally placed an order on vetements-hommes.com.
Within the same hour, I sent two clear emails requesting a full cancellation, invoking my right of withdrawal under French consumer law (Article L221‑18).
I asked them not to process the order, not to charge me, and to delete my payment data.
They never replied — and still charged my card.
I had to block my Visa card, and I’ve started a chargeback procedure through my bank.
I also filed complaints with SignalConso (France) and econsumer.gov (international fraud network).
➡️ This site deliberately ignores consumer rights, processes unauthorized payments, and offers no customer service.
Avoid at all costs.
