I recently purchased the Velorbis Arrow Sport Gents, and I am thoroughly impressed both with the product and the purchasing experience. The bicycle represents outstanding craftsmanship, combining timeless design with comfort and excellent performance. It is exceptionally well-built and provides a smooth and enjoyable ride. The buying process was equally positive – clear communication, professional service, and timely delivery all contributed to a seamless experience. Velorbis has exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently recommend both the brand and this model.

This was my original review regarding a cycle lamp originally purchased through Velorbis:
"Looks good but cheap and poorly made.
My wife has this on her bike and it’s nasty plastic that once you unscrew the front to replace the batteries, never sits neatly back in place. And the battery contacts and switch are so finicky that getting everything to align and work with any consistency is near impossible."
I stand by this review, however, since posting it I have been extremely pleasantly surprised and impressed by the effort that the company owner himself has gone to in order to rectify this issue - and at no extra cost to us. While the original item was faulty, I have only respect and positivity towards the actions of the company to fix this problem - which gives me confidence to purchase from them again.

I bought a used Fritz Hansen Arrow Seven 60 Gents from 2014, which has been severely mistreated in the busy Copenhagen Commute life.

Anyhow for quite cheap money and little effort, I've sparked new life in this bike. It's a really well built bike and easy to maintain.
Honestly treat it well, and you have a bike for life, that's the greatness about steel versus fancy alu and carbon bikes.

For many years I have been only using Velorbis briefcases . Not only for their excellent design , superior quality and attention to detail but also for their after sale customer care. Over the years they provided me with support and advise on how to take care of the briefcases and supplied me with the necessary parts/accessories .

This is my third Velorbis bike, this time Fusion Gents.

I’ve had two Copenhagen Classic Gents before. The first one I bought in 2013 with a bit different name I recall as Churchill or something like that from a Finnish importer who sold it to me because his shop didn’t get enough customers after the financial crisis and closed down - to his misfortune and my luck. The second one was a divorce bike from a friendly English lady who just wanted her ex-husbands unused bike gone, and again to my luck (though of course unlucky for them to have to become separated and for her having to sell his bike on eBay).

The two Classic Gents have been the best bikes I have owned. I’m 193 cm tall and quite skinny and their frame sizes and proportions fit my long legs and arms perfectly. I have ridden them everywhere in the southern Finland’s little gravel roads and bigger traffic ways. The bikes never left me in trouble and always gave a smooth, joyful ride.

The second one is still in very much use and going great with a bit of maintanance every year. Beautiful, robust, and sturdy bikes. Never going off Velorbis.

This time I wanted to try the Fusion Gents for a bit more sporty riding position. Ordered the bike on 21st of January 2025 and received it on the 26th March. Great service from them with the details of the order.

Having now used the bike for almost a week I can say that it is great, a lighter and a little more agile bike compared the Classic Gents. But very steady and comfortable.

I can even add this personal and sincere compliment for Velorbis bicycles: they have helped me incredibly well with my multiple sclerosis symptoms (fell ill in 2019 but still very much able to ride a bike) as the best form physiotherapy for me, usually 4-6 riding hours almost every spring/summer evening, making my legs stronger and balance better and mind much happier. A kind of Velorbisneurotherapy.

So they are dear bikes to me, and I don't usually get sentimental with any kind of products. Recommended to anyone looking for a stylish and a high quality ride.

The best bikes on the planet ! Ride with style in a very modern bike. I'm taking mine to Brazil!

I've used my Velorbis school bag extensively for several years now, and I'm happy to report that it's still in tip top shape and just as nice as the day I bought it. I can highly recommend this school bag, as it oozes quality. I recently managed to lose one of the fastening studs keeping the bag closed, and contacted Velorbis customer service. They swiftly and promptly answered, promising to deliver a new stud for free. All in all an excellent experience, and I can not recommend Velorbis enough. If I lived in denmark I am confident I would have purchased one of their many great looking bikes.

Velorbis sells bikes that are fantastic to ride. I purchased my Electric Arrow Classic in February 2023 and was overjoyed with my purchase from the very beginning. There were a few issues with the battery connectivity (I bought the Pendex model) but overall it was a great pleasure to ride Velorbis. Fast and sturdy, reliable and eye-catching, this bike is the perfect choice for the 21st century gentleman who wants to bike with style. I bought a Velorbis bicycle recently. Everything was very professional and I was able to design it exactly how I wanted it on the website. Delivery as expected. All in all a very good experience, and now I have the coolest bike in town. Highly recommendable!

From ordering to delivery the service was superb - I was updated on delivery times (summer 2022, still affected by global Supply Chain), and booked a slot for taking delivery of my new bike. Velorbis took the time to adjust my bike to me, which made a difference to me - and the bike, 100% happy with the quality. The design is even betyder - but hey, I was the designer 😎

I picked up my new Velorbis bike three weeks ago - and I have been in love from day one. I literally flew home. The customer service and handling from Kenneth at the store in Frederiksberg was professionel and absolutely satisfying. The quality of the bike, color combination (mine is turquoise and pink) and leather details make these bicycles personal, beautiful and very functional.I will recommend a bike from Velorbis any time.

I LOVE this bicycle. I had high expectations and they’ve been more than met. It’s beautifully designed and very well manufactured. It looks exactly as I imagined from seeing it online. Their support both before and after the sale has been impeccable. I only wish all purchases felt like this.

Thank you for the professional advice and very smooth process by Kenneth at the local store in Frederiksberg. Waiting times are a bit longer due to supply shortages but I am very happy to with the bike quality and can recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality reliable bike.

I know the brand since 2013 when I was living in England and I've been waiting all these years to stop moving so much and buy the model of my dreams, it's great that we can configure our bike making it unique with every detail. Of course this is a plus that I value a lot from the brand.

This is the best bicycle I've ever owned.

I bought a three-speed Kopenhagen Fusion Ladies bicycle with a pannier rack.

It is a delight to ride.

I love the elegant, timeless design.

It is lightweight compared to my previous Dutch bicycles, which makes for a smoother, faster ride. The proportions are comfortable. The brakes are so good I can stop in wet weather. It takes the bumps on my cobblestone street well. And the paint job is excellent.

From order to delivery in New York City, it took seven weeks. The company provided regular updates.

The classiest bikes in town! You can customize every part of the bike according to your needs. And the quality is really great - I've been riding my bike for 9 years now
