Wonderful customer service from Neil, Cynthia and the team. They answered all my questions and are helpful. My parcel arrived on time and in good packaging. The pearls are so lovely I ordered 3 sets!

Vayo were so great. They rang to check they had our address correct and we received the gemstone earring we ordered within days (post within Australia). My husband is so happy with the earring, especially how long the screw is, making it super secure to wear. Thank you!

The Tahitian pearl earrings have excellent luster. At such a reasonable price point, purchasing from Vayo offers better value for the product.

The taurus necklace I bought for my husband for his birthday is really beautiful better than I expected, the chain could be a little longer and thicker though as men usually wear a little thicker chains otherwise , definitely now going to look at buying a sapphire one for my son for his bday in September.

The product is beautiful. I would have given 5stars but was disappointed. I ordered 2 of the same products because my daughters were both born on the same month, but the product was just put in together in one box. Now, I need a box to wrap it in separately for their birthday.
