Terrible Company

Ordered from this company 7/11/20 needless to say I did not receive it, tried contacting them on two occasions one via email & one via their website messaging service, no reply, if I could give them a no star rating I would.
PayPal came to the rescue.
Can't understand why they have so many good reviews on here, be careful people.

In response to your reply I stand by my initial review above.
You did not reply to my email I sent you, also you did not reply to the message I sent you on your messaging service on your website.
You did not send me a replacement, neither did you refund me.
Has I stated I received a refund from PayPal just a few days ago.
It is not my intention to tarnish your company, you are doing that yourself, my only intention is to give a honest & truthful review which I have done.

Needless to say we did respond to you and explained the situation

With the current situation with covid 19 ect everything is delayed

We did give you a refund and also sent you a replacement

And on the tracking it says deliverd

So as far as that goes every one has right to their own opinion

We have worked hard to gain a good reputation and it's people like your self who try and tarnish this

Excellent!

Used Vapenosmoke a few times now & will definitely continue to do so. Communication is excellent, delivery is prompt & prices are good for my favourite liquid.
The only issue I've ever experienced was with a slow delivery one time, but they handled it so well that I was happier than normal! I'll definitely continue ordering from VNS & would not hesitate in recommending to my friends.
