The shipping took longer than expected for my order, so I contacted the store through their website chat. They swiftly replied about the carrier delay due to the holidays.

I received the order two weeks after payment and it was send from IE to NL via Parcel Force and GLS with Euro Priority.

Problems occur (whether it's in- or outside a store's control), but often the way and how timely a store communicates says a lot about them. I therefore recommend them.
