I just had to write a review because I recently had a fantastic experience online shopping with US Jewels! The entire process was terrific from the time I looked through their website and to the time I got my package; it was a warm, trustworthy, and pleasant experience all the way.

My recent shopping experience at US Jewels was pleasurable, and I have to say that it was exceptional at every stage! The user-friendly website gave me the advantage to easily access and see the great collection of jewelry. I was especially attracted to the custom-made their offered, which backed me to design something truly one of a kind.

Since first reaching out about possibly using adding custom emblems on my Masonic ring, Cliff from US Jewels was quick to respond and helped me along the way. The end product is crisp and exactly what I wanted. Great work!

I purchased the St. Michael "shield" pendant with the basket weave pattern and it is absolutely stunning! The details, solid construction, and weight of this piece exceed anything that I have come across anywhere else. I have searched a long time to find the perfect St. Michael medal and I am beyond thrilled with the quality and artistry of this piece!!

I have received my 925 Sterling Silver Crown of Thorns Ring and must confirm the craftsmanship is excellent. I am actually a size 9.5 but got a size 10 since that is what was available for a ring size at the website. I hope for future orders the company can provide 1/2 size ring size increments as well. I will definitely come back for more orders and thank you

Customer service still exists. Small mishap with order I reached out within min Cliff Powell responded and rectified the problem. Item was shipped priority. Very happy with my chain and medallion. Solid service!!

Customer service was top notch even when I had to return the ring for a larger size, I was sent a mailing label was sent back the size I needed at no extra charge. (this was the 2nd size change) the ring is exactly as I had hoped, beautifully crafted and shipped.
