Flawed service, poor performance, and glitchy app
Be careful, this is a flawed service. Do not get fooled by their claim of provided personal nutritionists. The service does not allow you to enter personal dietary restrictions, only very general and broad ones like gluten or lactose. The meal plans I received included foods I couldn't eat. When I pointed this out to the "personal nutritionist" that I paid extra for, along with describing all of my dietary restrictions, I received new meal plans that included the very ingredients I said I was allergic to. The app glitched every time I received a call, preventing access to the chat page until I rebooted my phone several times. I cancelled my subscription and was then subsequently charged another $99. Repeated requests for a full refund were responded to with the typical "we're sorry your request is being processed" for many days, now I do not get any response. This is a scam service.

I’ve been scammed by Unimeal.
I only decided to buy a meal plan for €9.99, which I authorized voluntarily through Apple Pay. However, when I clicked just to see more information about another €60.49 plan, they charged me instantly without any warning or confirmation.
There was no consent or payment confirmation, the money was simply taken.
I’ve requested an immediate refund and cancellation, but so far there’s been no response.
⚠️ Be very careful with this app! Their payment process is misleading and completely non-transparent. I do not recommend Unimeal at all.
