Unable to find ticket online

Unable to find ticket online, unable to see any pictures taken, no response on call when you press 2 as call drops.

Instead of complaining here I think people should report them to
Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline
By phone: 0808 223 1133 so they can be reviewed for their unlawful trading standards.

Mr Turpin is alive and well and works at UKCPS!

Went to pick a friend up from Leeds train station. She was recovering from a disclocated hip and struggles to walk far but does not have a disabled badge.
I pulled up for just enough time for her to walk out and get into my car and this is why I have been fined.
I submitted an appeal including medical evidence but it was rejected.
Highway robbery. It seems that Mr Turpin is alive and well.
I hope none of the appeal staff ever have a relative/friend with a temporary disability as compassion is certainly lacking.

Leeds Railway station drop off charge.

Stopped to let out a passenger in the drop off zone outside Leeds City Railway Station on 12/8/25.
Received a parking charge from UKCPS dated 26/8/25 for £60 but unable to do anything, including pay, on their website as they say this ticket is not recognised. All details correct and unable to appeal as the website says time has expired for this ticket. I am expecting the fine to go up to £100 whilst I am trying to sort this out. Feels like a complete scam.

Shocking company with rude staff

Shocking company with rude staff. No way of appealing fines, they ignore emails, phone calls and their online appealing website doesn't work correctly. Have escalated my fine to BWlegal even though I tried calling the payment line to pay and have proof of doing so. They just scaremonger you into paying more and more until the amounts get out of hand. Have found Jackson Yamnba a good lawyer to help me with this case. I refuse to let these scammers win.

How can they get away with this !!!

My daughter received a £60 fine for over staying in a car park, she actually dropped a friend at the gym then left, returned herself later in the evening and went for a gym session . She used the online appeal form but nothing happened, when she retried it said details not found, so as a back up she wrote to the address provided. Today she has received a letter from TRACE debt recovery for £170!!!! How can these companies get away with what is basically a SCAM
UPDATE apparently they wrote to my daughter to reject the appeal, letter never received and she has to pay the full £170 !!!! 🤬🤬🤬 HOW TO THESE COMPANIES GET AWAY WITH THIS !!!

Abandon this company if you work for them

The whole system is created to ignore you completely. I have tried to contact them in so many occasions and they just do not answer . My appeal clearly rejected and they gave my information away without consent to a debt company. To which the debt company closed the debt within 24 hours after I showed them all the proof. Ukcps have not contacted me back . The way they do business is unlawful. These companies who fail to comply and do a decent job ruins the whole industry of parking companies. I hope the owner and CEO struggle to sleep at night.

Nothing Short of Theft!

Paid for my ticket, put it in my pocket and forgot to display (park in the same car park regularly and been a customer for many years (since 2018) on same car park). I told them this.

Provided clear evidence of my payment on my bank Statement in my appeal after buying a ticket for the whole day. They wrote back to me saying my appeal was unsuccessful and I needed to supply my ticket within 14 days...... which I had advised had been in the washing and I didn't have. I will never now park again with this company. It is nothing but theft!

I will be appealing but as the email they sent me in response was in my junk email, I only picked it up the day before my fine was due so forced to pay. I can't reply to the email and they ask you to send letter in to their Leeds address. knowing most people wont.... but it's ok for them to email you!

This is all done on purpose to make it hard to correct an honest mistake and they probably fix the email so it lands in your spam so you miss the timeline.

Their letter is incorrect and they asked me for a ticket after I told them I didn't have one and explained why! They clearly can't read!!!

I will be complaining to the IPC and reporting this as FRAUD!

Parking on “private land”

Parking

Thank you for your withdrawal from proceeding with parking charge, cowardice!

UKCPS on this occasion at least have displayed a very poor approach to a simple error of a car owner. While I may be physically incapacitate my mental faculties remain intact as you may have established!. I can only be minded of how many others would have paid up upon receipt of your “Invite to Pay” and quietly done so in fear of further consequences, fear fortunately is not an attribute I am prone to.

So may I suggest a couple of things to UKCPS, the first being to train your staff at street supervision level appropriately, and to not surreptitiously go about their task of “pickpocketing” motorists in broad day light, second UKCPS must get facts in order and correctly presented, third, actually attempt to read appeals before digging a deeper hole, fourth do NOT come up against a disabled driver with full mental capacity as was obvious from my appeal, fifth, UKCPS do not appear to be a particularly good company, determined in this instance by the paper assault initiated by UKCPS from first contact to final capitulation, UKCPS are shown to be rotten company all the way through from bottom to top or vica versa, you choose, UKCPS have work to do, in order to portray themselves as a capable entity, and the sooner the better. I take no pride, but great satisfaction, in seeing the capitulation of UKCPS in this instance and I take hope UKCPS, may learn from mistakes made, or as I suspect UKCPS may choose to ignore those errors and play the “numbers game”, making a judgement from filed company accounts it’s a game that appears to be a lucrative model.

UKCPS, continue living with the fact as a company, you produce nothing, you are in no way innovative, you lack capability in every department as evidenced in this monetary hijack attempt, however with proper structures in place you could in all probability provide a reasonable service bereft of the “fear factor”UKCPS so readily employ as in this instance.

The worst of the worst!

If it was possible to give this company 0 stars, I would.
My daughter received a parking fine at her university halls of residence for not having her permit on display following a 12-hour (unpaid) nursing night shift. The original and second letters were sent to the wrong address and we were only notified when a debt collection agency threatened CCJ if non-payment. I paid this added fine (£170) and tried to begin the appeal process. Like many, I found the website and appeal process not fit for purpose and when I called (only open 11-13:00) the automated call states they will not discuss anything over the phone and everything should be submitted in writing - not that they answered my +5 calls anyway.
I submitted via post all evidence in support of my appeal, including a forwarding letter of explanation, screenshots of their website and phone calls tried. Yesterday, I received a letter back stating "The fine has been paid in full and any further correspondence should be directed to the debt collection company and we (UKCPS) will not enter into any further correspondence". I cannot begin to tell you how poor this company is. I appreciate their role and the emotive nature of what they do, but by any stretch of the imagination, this is a simple money making entity with zero customer service or empathy. I would encourage any company considering using their services to conduct some research and ask yourself if this is the type of company you want to be associated with.
The very worst of the worst!
