Unreliable arrival time!
I missed work TWICE due to the delivery being late. There is no much point telling your customers their delivery will arrive between 11h30 and 13h30 when you plan to arrive at 15h00!!! Or at least one would expect to be on time the second time, but no. I hope I never have to deal with this company.
Horrible and risk of scam
Worse carrier ever. They shipped from ikea a
Delivery with 3 hours of delay and the driver was pushing to sign the delivery paper while there were 2 pieces of forniture missing. Watch out

Useless and bad excuses
I was notified three times of the delivery of a mattress from Emma France. Never turned up nor was I informed. In addition to the additional cost of a hotel room for my guests, my time was stolen while I was waiting for the delivery.

What a diabolical rubbish company ! Absolute useless staff ,and systems , I bought a table from Castorama and received an email telling me Trusk would delive a week after by order at a set-time period . They never showed up ! No updates on their follow your delivery system ! Re booked for a week later again a no show ! Then some useless idiot emailed to say sorry we screwed up again book another date ! No. !
Get lost send my table back to Castorama I had 0 confidence they would ever deliver . The managing director should resign he is so obviously running a clueless company in the courier sector .
Total inability to perform the one job they have to do.
Ordered some large items from Ikea. They then pass it on to Trusk. Followed tracking data which gave me a delivery date and time (0800-1400). Stayed in all day. Tracking said "on the way". Arbitarily cancelled at 1445. The next day same thing: Trusk data showed "on the way", delivery time 0800 - 1400... cancelled at 1445. Ikea website showed Trusk would attempt another delivery on the third day, but Trusk's tracking data did not update. I waited but nothing arrived. Teh next day I contacted Trusk. They tried to tell me the driver had found no-one at home which is an absolute lie. Then they asked me for contact details (which they already had). The next day they asked me for my phone number (again, they already had this). The next day nothing arrived, the tracking data had not changed since the last failed "on the way" four days earlier. This time when I contacted them they said I had to re-programme the delivery date on Ikea's website or app. Which I could not, because those options are greyed out. This is becasue Ikea have handed the goods over to Trusk. Trusk told me they could not do anything and I would have to telephone Ikea myself and tell them to re-programme the delivery. I have now spent four further days attempting to get through to Ikea's call centre... when they "call back" my phone rings once then cuts off before I can answer it. A disaster from start to finish (not that this has finished yet - until I can cancel and get a refund!). Do not waste your time with these amateurs.
I can't Give a Zero that's a shame
i have ordered a mattress from Emma, after ten days i call them to ask about the status of my delivery so they tell me to check if i have received an email from Trusk, i have the the email with Spam emails asking me to choose a delivery date, this is a first i have ordered the mattress i have provided the address all i ask is to deliver it
Anyway, i choose a date and the mattress is not delivered, so i choose a second date and it is today and it is already past the hour of delivery
PS: i don't get how there is a lot of 5 star reviews here and on google maps are they asking for them ?

4 delivery attempts all with a late in the day apology from Trusk saying “logistic problems”..
4 wasted days waiting for these dolts
No number to contact, only email.
Finally they told IKEA they no longer deliver to my neighborhood soooo I guess no couch.
They won’t give a phone to contact because they are hiding behind their computers.

The absolute worst company
The absolute worst company with the worst drivers in the world, was to deliver an Ikea order, Rue Saint Martin, driver waits and telephones from Rue de Rivoli, wrong street uneducated driver, then walked out of apartment to wrong street to meet driver and just before I get thete he drives off and programmes that he could not deliver, what kind of person does that, now cannot get hold of Trusk or Ikea

Absolutely horrible company with terrible customer service. I bought a couch with NV gallery and they use trusk for delivery. I took the measurements from the package listed on the website and verified it would fit through the door. It did and with room to spare. The delivery people were extremely rude and disgusting immediately upon arrival. The guy listed on the delivery ticket is Habib Boukerouis for reference. They immediately made up that it couldn't fit. I offered to measure it to prove it but they refused because they knew it could. I heard one of the guys tell the other "let's skip this delivery, there isn't an elevator". They refused to be reasoned with even a random guy working in the building stopped to help and told them it would obviously fit. They said they would call their boss for approval. They obviously never called anyone and told me a few min later that they couldn't deliver it. This company is a fraud and stole my money. I will report them to my bank as a fraudulent charge. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THEM. They are corrupt.
