I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of my marble table bought on Sklums and delivered by Vir BELGIUM The delivery was supposed to include bringing the table to the room of my apartment (1st floor). However, the delivery team left the table downstairs, claiming it was impossible for them to deliver it to my apartment. They assured me they would return to complete the delivery, but they never did.
Since then, I have been trying to contact the client service by phone and by email, but I have received no response. I am very disappointed with this service, not only has the delivery not been completed as agreed, but I also still do not have my table in my apartment. worst company.

We had been waiting 10 days for them to return a product and deliver a replacement. Due to the delay we cancelled the replacement but asked that the original product be picked up. We received confirmation of a pick up on 16 Oct in the afternoon. At 1pm we received a call advising that pick up was not possible until the following Tuesday, almost three weeks from the original date.
We have had multiple confirmations and each time it is cancelled. There is no-one to complain to.
Sellers should never use this company to deliver their goods.

The delivery appointment date was not respected and cancelled on the day of delivery without any explanation. Re-scheduling was almost impossible given the very few slots available and my own availability. When delivery was finally made, they were supposed to put the very large and heavy shelves in front of my entrance door, but they refused to do so because there are stairs going down to the entrance door. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!!

Ordered a package in november, was shipped in december but never delivered. After several complaints they would deliver. I could choose a date myself but several no shows. When you call they keep you waiting for hours and than when you have someone on the phone they are really unfriendly and hang up the phone after they say that they have to make the inventory again. So still no delivery or date.
Purchased a TV from Carrefour and delivery scheduled for 10 Dec.between 13:00 and 15:00.
The worst delivery (NON!) experience ever. Tracking by ShipUp that regularly updated to show delayed delivery times, and finally at 16:13 that delivery was imminent, and to look out for the delivery. Nothing arrived, and call not received from the delivery driver, as is normally the case, and my telephone no. Is also listed on my postbox.
On checking the Carrefour delivery website stated that delivery was attempted without success due to my absence at 15:50, (conflicting with the notification received as above!!). This is patently untrue as I was present at all times with a person who I had specifically employed to aid with fitting the TV.
Spoke to Carrefour customer service, and have now been offered a delivery on 13 Dec. AM. Hope this delivery works, otherwise will cancel, and, in future, I will NOT purchase from companies that use VIR.
As for VIR by JP, their “24h” telephone remains un answered 24h.
This delivery company doesn’t even deserve a single * rating.
They work with VEEPE and they have twice, sent a message to schedule a delivery or pick-up, you receive a confirmation and they never pass by. Nobody picks up the phone. Nobody answer your request but just a basic chat bot. Worst ever courrier
If I could give 0 stars I would. 4 delivery appointments = 0 sofa’s. They couldn’t find the sofa in the warehouse, being the latest excuse. I wonder what the excuse will be today. We ordered a sofa with a third party (Best Mobilier - France) and they’re using VIR for delivery - my advice to any other businesses - DO NOT USE VIR, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR REPUTATION. Needless to say we won’t be buying from any companies that use VIR for delivery in the future and I’m placing my bets on VIR going out of business REAL QUICK. Got to say the helpline, is more like “in need of help-line”, never enough people to address the issues at hand so you can’t even get someone on the line. Two tips: INVEST IN GPS, btw Google Maps is free, makes it way easier to find the address than using the sun. And also get some extra bandwidth for your helpline, for the love of your customer.

4TH time thez are cancelling the livraison without explanation.
Avoid this company! (If you can.) First, they make their employees do slavery work. A huge canapé arrived in one large pack of 149 kilos. They didn't even provide their employees any proper equipment for lifting. The large box was only fixed with 3 weak plastic tapes which obviously torn apart immediately after trying to lift it. There was no chance to bring the box like that to the 5th floor. The delivery was taken back. Come on, it's the most developed place of the world, how the hell you can let your transporters work under these conditions, and how can you be so disorganised and under-prepared?
Second problem is the confusing fancy app that sends multiple SMS during the day about the time slot of the delivery. It's absolutely useless, the transporters don't follow this app and in fact, they pass by an hour before the indicated delivery. And if you don't answer a phone call, they will declare you were absent and turn back the order.
In conclusion, cut the money spent for the fancy real-tim app and provide equipment for your employees.
Worst carrier experience ever. They never delivered. I stayed home for multiple appointments, but nothing. I cancelled the order and got a refund from the vendor. It got worse—since the order was cancelled, the shipment became "return to sender," and they've repeatedly shown up to collect something I never received. This has been dragging on for over three months. Absolutely crazy.
Was also very frustrating that I received the EXACT same excuse TWICE for not able deliver.... the truck broke down. "Nous sommes malencontreusement dans l’obligation d’annuler la livraison d'aujourd'hui , pour cause d’une panne de camion."
Extremely bad service, a lot of delays. The tracking service is useless, the support is non-existent, the provided appointment link won't work. I started to think is a scam.

One time I was in the queue and could see the diver would arrive in a few minutes....he never came, he told the office I was absent.
The first appointment was 9th August, now it is 1st september and they are obviously not coming this morning even though I paid the extra 19 euros for a premium delivery slot.
