Not a trusted travel agent

Be aware of this travel agent. If any happens - they dont answer phone call, emails and so on. They are not trusted at all. Better pay a penny more and get reply.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, Impossible to get on the phone!

After purchasing a ticket from Amsterdam to Faroe Islands they emailed to tell me that they had to re-schedule.

What they did instead is cancel my return flight, probably by accident. I never got a confirmation from the airline. Several weeks of email back and forth went by, and their only response was "check your spam folder".

They have service numbers to call, BUT NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. It is impossible to get any type of help from these guys.

We had to buy these tickets a second time (2000EUR) the night before traveling. We now have to somehow deal with getting a refund for the tickets that they never issued.

TRIPSTA - BIGGEST FRAUD

I booked return tickets for my parents in 1120 pounds through Tripsta but due to some reason, I have to get their tickets cancelled on 5th Of June. They agree to give me a refund of 790 pounds and they told me that you will get the refund in five days.

After a couple of weeks, I called them and ask for the refund and they say that refund cannot be processed as the refund is still pending with the Airlines. After that, I asked for the refund through online as well as phone 2-3 times but get the same response. from the last 4-5 days, there is no response on their Customer care Contact number 020 80686064 and also nobody is replying to the emails. It seems There is a big scam and fraud happening with this company. I am not sure what will happen to the refund now.

They charged me extra 50 Euros as a fee…

They charged me extra 50 Euros as a fee for not using a credit card, even though I used a credit card and sent them a confirmation from my bank that it was a credit card. They don't respond to emails within weeks. I wish I read feedback about them before ordering.

Impossible to get an answear about flight amendment

Very poor client service delivery in resort to amendments of flight or refund. I have booked in advance 2 tickets, but due to residence permits cannot use my fligh. For this instance I wanted to amend Date or get full cancellation depending on conditions of my bookings. Unfortunately, by the first contact with Tripsta I received, what now looks like automatic as many other people commenting on this , reply to contact airlines. Airlines in turn advised that they cannot performe any changes as tickets were purchased in third company. I have returned to Tripsta, but cannot get any reply. The flights date is soon and I need to resolve this as soonest, hopefully this communication will assist in escalating this with Tripsta

I had a mistake in my booking and tried…

I had a mistake in my booking and tried to call the given number for over 120 minutes in total but nobody picked up my calls. The response only came in via email after several weeks.
Very unfortunate.
Never will I use Tripsta again. Already warmed most of my family and friends to never use the site ever.

Ridiculous!

I wanted to book a flight over tripsta, but I didn't know how much luggage I got exactly because everywhere was only 1 free luggage and at my flight were 2 free luggage. I couldn't find something about it on the website, so I wrote an email, which I still have no answer to (7 days now!) but I decided to call tripsta. I was ringing for an hour and 10 minutes, then finally somebody answered my call. (before I called they asked me, if I want to swap to English, (I'm German) I said no, but I still got somebody who only could speak English. (not a problem for me, but I'm thinking about others....)) She didn't exactly answer my question, or she wasn't sure if it was right. So all in one I had a huge effort to book a flight which I could have done in 10 minutes.

Never again

Bought tickets. Just after payment (one hour later) the price went down on their own web site significantly (more than 10%). I asked via e-mail, how is this possible. Two weeks later no response to my e-mail, no discussion, no explanation, nothing. Never again

Asked to pay though the contact center. Spent 4h trying to reach you to make the payment. Made the payment. No changes done after a week. Sent an email. No answer. Back to calling you..still no feedback. ....it was my fault i made a mistake but i am now paying for a service here...you charged me 93€ for something that done myself with the airline would have costed 23$ (but your agreement with them forbids the direct change) and took less than 20 minutes. I am still on this with a payment done and no results. Also considering you call center only works within business time if i charged you back the time i am wasting on this at the rate i bill a client you would already be paying for more than the full ticket.

I have purchased my flight via your website although it was saying that I will be able to book the luggage while booking process I end up without any luggage booking option. I submitted support ticket explaining what happened to my booking still sicking for reply. Do you call it support?!
Finally I am trying hardly to call your customer support and somehow the system can not understand my Booking number which I have tried to spell in German and then also in English languages. What the hell is that to ask someone to spell the booking number. Do you think I have nothing to do to call you just for fun?! So I will never ever book anything via your website and I am going to leave everywhere the review about horrible customer experience you provide. I hope it will help you maybe to rethink customer experience you offer.
