The initial package wasn't delivered to my address and both trezor and delivery company couldn't find it but trezor was able to send me another one. Customer support was prompt and professional!

I emailed your support on 10/12 and promptly received the help I needed via a series of exchanged emails with agent Libor to wipe and restore my wallet successfully. I am QUITE happy to recover access to my cryptos!
