I always go back to Total Prepare because their customer service rocks, and they're always there to help when I need it. It's rare these days to find a company that actually cares about giving you a personal touch, but Total Prepare totally nails it. Whether it's the boss or anyone else on the team, they make sure I get the help I need fast and with a smile.

Total Prepare really knows their stuff when it comes to emergency readiness. They offer a wide variety of top-notch products, like survival kits, emergency food, first aid gear, and communication devices. They're just on another level compared to anyone else I've dealt with in North America.

Provided my email to Total Prepare BC for their promo for a ‘free heatstore blanket’ but did not supply my phone number for the water bottle. No clarity on the ads that you have to supply both email & phone number.
Questioned this on my order in the comments section with no response.
Just spoke to Simon he said to supply both email (for heat blanket) & phone number (for the water bottle).
(FYI They just swapped out the water bottle for the heat blanket on their ad).
Be aware of the promos.

0 Stars for Ray the owner and Ed. Ed especially was very rude, he laughed at me when I said some Stroganoff pkges were vacuum sealed and some were not, incl the rest of the shipment that were not. He claimed none were vacuum sealed and didn't need to be. If I could attach a photo I would. Clearly when bag is the same shape as product inside and u cannot pull bag away, it is vacuum sealed ! The others I could shake ingredients around. At first Ray said that is a definite concern if all is not vacuum sealed, I have the email with him stating this. Later he said he regrets saying that ! He told me to open all 6 boxes and check. I did. None besides 2 Stroganoff bags were vacuum sealed. I asked if they don't need to be, then why are 2 of them vacuum sealed. They both denied any were, even after sending photo proof. The breakfast pkges especially had a very strong sweet smell, even after cleaning the bags. So storing them in apt would emit that smell. They claimed they never said the smell

wouldn't come through. I feel if they were packed in the right kind of plastic and were vacuum sealed, the smell would not come through. They agreed to come and pick them up for a refund less 15% restocking fee, (which would be about $300.00.), bc I
opened the boxes !!! And he gave me 3 dates to pick up, If I was not available on those dates, which were all work days, then I would have to return the 6 - 20lb each boxes at my expense. I never did receive the free gift offered with purchase. I had bought other products and I wanted some meat products as well. With the rude customer service I received, I definitely won't be ordering anything
more from Total Prepare.

I ordered a few items. And with that I ordered the "legion survival kit". Not all contents of pack was available. When I was notified, I called and asked if I could get all items shipped and when my kit was ready and available, that be shipped after. They were very happy to help and received first half of my order within 2 days. Very professional. Thankyou so much for the help guys. Highly recommended. God bless everyone who sees this

Excellent service, always speedy service. This is my first foray into long-term food storage. I ordered samples from the MRE and Matthew was happy to oblige. Also tried the Kung Pao Chicken, all products were tasty, more than edible, and filling. Just did a bigger repeat order today.

Straight-forward service. I got what I ordered:

*Two (2) S.O.S. Emergency food bars
*One (1) Legacy Food Storage (Entree)

Plus, they included a first aid kit for free, which I totally did not expect, but definitely something I appreciated.

Shipping was through Canada Post Expedited.

Only one small gripe that I have (and this is just me), is that their XMRE's don't ship for free, but other than that, I would still definitely buy more from Total Prepare in the future.

Bought a pack of 96 emergency water from Total Prepare. When it was shipped to me, it was only a pack of 12. Called to inquired about the rest of the packs that I ordered. Turned out that they had the wrong price on their website, and they would not honour that price when I had my receipts to prove that I had initially ordered a pack of 96 for the listed price I paid plus shipping. To their credit, the rep I talked to was nice, helpful and responsive, but was only able to offer a discounted price for the rest of the 96 pack that was never shipped to me. Had to pay the difference for the rest of them, or I would have paid a lot more for the 12 pack that I received compared to ordering them from other suppliers. The fact they would not honour their website price was a disappointment.

The staff were extremely supportive, as I am a first time customer and had a few questions. They were really quick in responding, actually surprisingly quick. Made my order at a very busy time of year (Christmas) and they had it ready for pick-up before the holiday break .

All good. No complaints

Easy transaction with prompt product delivery during the holiday season as well.

Easy to order. Fast shipping. Product un-damaged upon delivery.

They took my money and never shipped the order...
