Inflexible and opportunistic
I have ordered numerous parts from Torqen over the past 2 to 3 years. All parts have been for a 240Z undergoing a complete re-build. Last year I purchased what I thought was a screen rubber for the car. The item was listed in the parts for the 240/260/280Z models (ie the S30). However, when I came to fit it several months later, it turned out to be for a Datsun 510, so not what I thought I had bought. The item was still in its original packaging but Torqen refused to take it back and refund me even though I was about to put in an order for further items. They maintained that they had no obligation to accept any items after 14 days (not true) and were totally inflexible. I returned the item anyway. So they have the part, which they can sell again and my money! What a ridiculous attitude to take. I am done with them.
The reply below is mostly wrong or misconceived. If the item had been clearly described I would not have bought it. The 14 day return period is irrelevant. That is a period in which an online purchaser has a right provided by the distance selling rules to return a purchase without any reason. My reason for returning the product was that it was purchased and sold in error. Torqen sold me one part when in fact I wanted to purchase another. We were at cross purposes. We did not reach any binding agreement and both parties were entitled to go back to square one. However, irrespective of the legal niceties, consider the following: 1. Torqen has the product they sold to me which they can sell again to someone who wants it. 2. If they make no recompense to me, the profit on the second sale will be a windfall. And the cost to me will be around £100 (the cost of the item and two shipping costs) which represents a pure loss. I am not sure how to describe that way of doing business but inflexible and opportunistic seems to cover it.

I can not recommend Torqen highly enough when your looking for Nissan parts.. I’ve got an imported 350Z and Torqen have been THE supplier I’ll only ever need for those specialist parts.. Their customer service is 10 out of 10 too.

Why even look elsewhere.
Good customer service. Good prices. Good products. Quick delivery. What more do you want ? I contacted several companies before making my purchase - many never even replied. Torqen not only replied they they came back with several options that would suit my car and they also gave advice on fitting. I could not get a specific type of oil…
I could not get a specific type of oil in the UK, (very rare but great in the USA) i found Torqen had a similar product and made an enquiry on the phone, within a few minutes they had sourced and supplied exactly what i needed. 10/10 for customer satisfaction!!!
Product was ‘Royal Purple HMX 5w20.
Delivered so fast it was unreal!!

Service of the highest standards!!
Needed some tricky parts for my Datsun 260z 2+2. The Torqen team put sooo much detailed effort and time to find the right parts, check and double check if they fitted, found old parts sketches to be extra sure. All that while keeping me constantly in the loop and updated. Its amazing to see that true and real service still exists in times where these values seem lost sometimes. Honest suppliers
First time i have purchased from this company and i can say that it is absoloutley fantastic. I hve an engine block rebuild project on my evo8 and they have assisted me with part options and pricing to help me keep to budget. Good customer service with watsapp communication. Fast response time and very honest with their availability in stock and honest on delays of certain parts if there is any. No wasted time and very smooth transaction.
I highly recommend Torquen as suppliers and would definitley purchase from them again.

I ordered a clutch release bearing. I paid 130pund in shipping to get it sent with international express. They did ofc. not have it in stock. So I had to wait..... And the wait was long. So They finally got it sent from Japan which I would have ordered it directly from if I knew torqen have NOTHING in stock. Took forever.
Package arrived after about 3 weeks. "International express" worthy delivery time. NOT. And then they had managed to send the wrong item from the UK. This resulting in my dyno session and an event being cancelled.
So I asked them specifically to send the correct one with the fastest shipping as possible. Which they said they would. Turns out they sent it with "Economy select" at DHL which is the SLOWEST possible method at DHL. So another 1.5 week wasted because of that.
I will demand a refund on my shipping for international express and they have still not reimbursed me for the shipping I had to pay sending the wrong item back.
If I knew what a nightmare this would be I would NEVER ever ordered from them. And don't even get me started on their customer service...

First off: You cant charge people for International Express shipping if you DO NOT have the item in stock. I paid 130 Pund for Express shipping as I needed the part delivered fast. If I knew you would need to order it from Japan I would have done so myself.
Second: I informed you that it was the wrong part. Not the other way around. And I also asked you to send with the fastest shipping possible. And you sent with the cheapest option. And what is this supposed to mean?! "the replacement shipping was sent at no additional cost to you." ..... You sent me the wrong item. Ofc you send the correct one free of charge.
Third: The wrong item was shipped back by me at given date and you were provided with tracking number. I am not to blame for your postal service being slow. Maybe next time ship the correct part to begin with.
