Screws missing,not a seamless fit,spoke to your rep at midday,promised call back to replace missing screws ,so rang 10 mins b4 closing and was told warehouse hadn't replied to request,so wait till monday

Great service good product

I purchased a double din adapter kit for my Ford kuga and a kenwood double din radio all from top vehicle tech, the kit did not fit my car correctly and the radio did not fit into the adapter.

I had to modify my dash board to fit the adaptor kit and then modify the adaptor to fit the radio, the wiring kit worked but did not have the correct adaptors for the radio aerials I had to buy the correct adapters from amazon. So overall not a great experience.

Great communication with the company.Very please with my purchase of Kenwood system and surround for Fiat Abarth.

I bought a ford fascia and fitting kit over £200. The fascia does not match the hole pattern on my ford 2015 tourneo connect. After contacting customer service and asking to for return postage and refund as the item is not fit for purpose. I was told I would have to pay for the return myself. Which is unfair to say it supposedly fits my vehical on there web site.

The products I bought were excellent. Very good quality and easy to fit.

I paid for next day delivery and the product did not arrive. When I contacted customer services, they were very helpful and arranged a Saturday delivery at no cost and I was refunded the cost for next day delivery.

Wiring guide was very poor and not easy to follow
Bought exact one for my range rover sport and was no connection for the sat nav screen above should have had same connection input as what was in car as bought for my year and my model
Having yo pay a technician £300 to fit
