Steiner Ranch Steakhouse is a 14,000 sq. ft. Steakhouse restaurant built in the hill country overlooking Lake Travis in Austin, TX. We have three levels, four bars, and a large outdoor dining area with breathtaking views. All steaks are hand-selected Prime beef cuts, seasoned, broiled to order, and topped with our house butter blend with caramelized shallots and chives. I’ve eaten at Steiner’s three times now. Twice it was fantastic—ribeye cooked edge-to-edge, that smoked-butter flavor was unreal— and once the filet arrived lukewarm. Service is spotty on weekends, but when the team’s clicking you feel like family. Cocktails strong, sunset view a total win. Just wish prices matched every plate.
If you're looking for dining experience that combines excellent food with breathtaking scenery, this steakhouse is a must-visit. The view of Lake Travis is absolutely stunning, providing the perfect backdrop of a meal. It's a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a great meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

What an amazing restaurant! We drove in from Houston for our anniversary and everything was fantastic. Brady ort Bradly (really tall) was our server and was nice enough to get a picture of us at the end of our meal outside.

This is one of the best steakhouses in Austin! Great food, my steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. The live music out on the patio overlooking the Lake was crazy amounts of fun! My wife and I will absolutely be coming back. Cheers!
