Regarding the Lady Lake, FL location.  First, they have terrible water there unless you buy bottled.  Other surrounding restaurants have filters that make the water much better. Also, during our recent visit, they had no carbonated drinks. They said their C02 machine was broken. So I ordered iced tea, which was mixed with their crappy water.  The food was good, so no complaint there. Their service is always mixed. You never know if you’re going to get a waitress who is attentive or one who comes when it’s convenient for her.  We also feel that the management there is weak.  We’ve had issues in the past with steak taking forever, coming out wrong, then taking forever to get redone and then nothing is done to compensate you. It’s not that we’re looking for that, but when you wait so long to get your steak done correctly that your husband is already finished eating his whole meal, it wouldn’t kill the management to at least give you a discount off that meal.

Our service with David was superb. The manager checked on us which was nice. The food was very good. We got seats within ten minutes. We will go here again. 

food was mediocre.  definitely not worth the exorbitant prices here.  won't be back.   i can buy a
top sirloin steak at Publix or Walmart for $10 - $12 and cook it myself.   And don't get me started on the ridiculous drink prices.

Great experience.. food was okay though a bit over priced. But the experience made it worth it.



Disappointing Experience at Preto Queensway – Not Worth the Hype or the Price

We visited Preto Queensway on Saturday as a group of mums with our children, celebrating Eid. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing from start to finish.

Firstly, the service was extremely slow. Despite it being a rodízio-style restaurant, we weren’t able to try all the meats, which defeats the purpose of going to such a place. The food was also not something that can reasonably be enjoyed within a short time. To our surprise, we were approached by a waitress who told us to speed up and leave because the table was booked for someone else. The way this was communicated was quite rude and unprofessional, especially given the occasion we were celebrating.

On top of that, the bill was confusing and inaccurate. I ended up being charged for items I didn’t even have. Thankfully, I checked the bill carefully and raised the issue before my friend paid, but it created unnecessary stress and confusion.

For the price we paid, the quality of service and overall experience were simply not worth it. Sadly, we left feeling rushed, unwelcome, and disappointed. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others, especially for group celebrations.





Got terrible food poisoning.  Was really unwell for several days.  Gaucho carried out an investigation and concluded that because I didn't go to the doctor that it couldn't have been caused by them.  

This is a review for the Philadelphia Fogo. Never had a bad meal here. It's gimmicky, sure, but the meat is always great. Drinks are a bit expensive, but that's to be expected considering the meal isn't at all expensive!

Its a lovey place to chill out in with a great menu of food available, But the toilets are terrible and smelly in the mans, couldn't see any ventilation.
price wise very expensive you are paying for the sea views.

I recently tried this amazing seafood place. The food was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were outstanding. The ambiance was lovely, perfect for a nice meal with friends or family. I definitely recommend it for all the seafood lovers out there!

My wife and I along with Friends visit this Perry's probably weekly if not at a minimum every other week. We were just there on Friday 9/5 and got the burger special with the old fashioned but that was too sweet so they let us sub it for just a regular old fashion that was great. We came in as a party of 5 with a 4pm reservation on 9/10 and asked to do the same thing and were told no problem. My wife and I both ordered the burger to do the deal for $24 and got a French onion soup to share. it started off bad as the soup was room temp and I would have sent it back but server was no where to be found. My burger ordered Med was over cooked to well but didn't say anything because the flavor was still good. We then ordered the Pumpkin cheesecake and both had cappuccino which both were room temp not hot at all. We told the manager and he said thank you for letting him know and then we got the bill and we did not get the special per the waitress in the bar area because the manager said no. The manager came over and said that if he did it then corporate would ask questions and he just wasn't going to do it. After we expressed our dis satisfaction to the waitress and her reply finished this night off with I just serve you food I don't cook or nor do I make any disissions here.
this is not the way we expect to be treated.
