TERRIBLE experience with claims process
It was a complete nightmare….I waited over 6 months for my clean claim to even be reviewed.
Filed Nov 10- Paid July 14 Calling the point of contact was a ludicrous litany of excuses from the “floods in NCarolina” to “45-90 business days after being told 45 calendar days” to “the auditor is out sick” “the mgr. Is on vacation”.
Filed a complaint w-State Board of Ins and appealed denial of partial benefits.
I also appealed to their parent company Trawick Int’l and Surego Administrators multiple times w/no action on their part.
