My family and I recently returned from an Alaskan cruise. This cruise was different because it was set up by my dad before he passed. My travel agent was very patient and understanding of our situation as we had to make a decision if we would continue with the cruise. Once we decided to continue, our travel agent made sure we were up to date on everything. She ensured we knew what to pack, how to dress, available excursions, what to expect in Alaska, etc. She even went above and beyond to let us know she remembered how special this trip was for my family.
