Buyer BEWARE. Do not purchase through the shady company. I purchased an EPSILON rowing machine from Sportig which arrived defective (the tension settings did not work, so setting 10 was the exact same tension as 2). When I requested a return, they stated that they reserved the right to fix the machine, so I had the option to exchange it for another machine or I would have to pay to return the 40 kg machine. Since having to pay the return fee for a defective and HEAVY machine was ridiculous, I opted for an exchange hoping that the next machine would work. The second machine arrived defective with the same issue. When I requested a return, the customers service representative informed me that they had “tested” the first machine that I returned and that the test revealed that there was nothing wrong with the machine. This flat out lie by the Sportig representative left me with only one option- to pay out of pocket to return the heavy, defective machine. I asked to be connected to a manager, which they refused, and now I am stuck with a machine that does not work. There is no direct number to speak with a representative, and the email response time is unbelievably SLOW, taking a full week to hear back.
Reading through other reviews, the dishonesty within this company seems to be a common problem.
One can also see that Sportig's response to negative reviews is a copy/pasted passive aggressive response that doesn't accept any responsibility for the ineptitude within their company.
I would recommend shopping through a different company that doesn’t falsely advertise their products, and that operates their company with honesty and integrity. This has been the most terrible online shopping experience I've ever had.

Quick processing and delivery, the training bike I ordered was delivered within 2 days. The bike is as advertised and great quality for it's price. Thank you Sportig.

The instructions manual is very very confusing. Parts of the gym are not numbered and it's very confusing. The manual is also is very badly copied black print which makes it even more harder to install. Many steps are missing from the manual like installation of the pulley system and person must figure it out. Overall great looking gym took to much time to install. Would have given 5 stars but the company must invest in its manual and make it more customer friendly to install.

The service was really good. We got it in time and the communication between us and the delivery company worked well. Once assembled, the instrument showed to be slightly asymmetrical but since this does not impact the way it works, I am still very happy with it! It looks solid and it is being ideal for home training!!!
