I've had softy blinds now for 6 years and they have never been reliable. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I've called support and have had to remove and reinstall blinds from the app and the issues continue. The issues still persist.
The app keeps being updated which causes additional issues.
I would definitely not buy these again. They are very expensive and unreliable, so what's the point in having them...

Bougt a Tahoma bridge to control roman blinds. Couldn't get the blinds to pair to the switch. Sppoke to customer support. They suggested a couple of things that didn't work then told me there's nothing they can do and that I need to have a dealer come to my house to set up. Wouldn't pass my case to engineering. Just flatly refused to help any further. Worst CS experience ever (after Microsoft)

Never received my order, and no response from Somfy.
I paid and want my money back :-(

it is a pitty, that there is no posibility to order spareparts for a sompfy uno sun and wind sensor. I tried to order an inner box including the adapter for the wind prop arm and the wind prop separately. You only can get a complete set at a price of 260,- €. I guess, the estimated sparepart costs are about 10,- to 15,- €.
This is not customer friendly. Sorry. In the future I'll not use Somfy products any more.
