Staff are always friendly down in Queenstown. Wasn’t my first time using snap rentals. Easy sign up forms online and easy pick up and drop offs.

It was a bad experience because they charged an additional $50 for the parking infringement administration fee. This wasn't verbally explained when I picked up the car, nor was it mentioned in the rental agreement, and I don't think it's reasonable.
Secondly, the online advertisement didn't mention that the rental price didn't include insurance. After luring customers with a low price, they forced you to purchase insurance when picked up the car. They didn't even notify of this in advance via email, so that under that condition， no choice to chose other company even though their total price was significantly higher than other companies。

I was able to get a vehicle at very short notice. The price was amazing and the team in the Queenstown branch were awesome to deal with. The after hours drop off area and key drop was so convenient.

Returning the car at the end was quick and straight forward.
I would definitely use Snap again next time in NZ.

Poor quality of car. Very hard to call the branch. Conflicting information from the call centre and the branch.

It was easy to make the rental booking.
I like to be able to talk to a human being - and in this case I did. I asked them to recommend the best car for me, which they did.
I did find it difficult though when I arrived at Queenstown airport. I could not get through easily on the phone. Eventually I did, but it was a bit stressful when the call was not successful. There was no real person on the other end either which I do not like. The online request was OK.

Great service. Renting and returning experience was seamless. The car was also good.

Quick rental process, flexible with extending hire for an additional day without additional charge.
Easy after hour drop off, though be mindful of last airport shuttle timetable as it finishes quite early

Luke was amazing, very friendly and helpful with the town. Transport from the airport was quick and driver was great. Car is large and perfect.
