Do not let to this company!

They won't give them back to you, despite your notices- all they say is "we will get back to you" and they never do.

Do not use them I gave my flat to the council and Smartspace were my managing agent , they completely let me down . Checks were not done on my flat monthly as it stated in lease , they completely let tenant has left it in a complete mess nothing like the pictures on the inventory. The tenant had left £1,800 of debt for the utilities and the company had been sending e mails to Smartspace and they ignored them all .
It’s costing me thousands to get my flat back to the condition that I handed it over . They ignore your emails , when you call them they’re always saying sorry but no one is in the office to help .
They don’t contact you back , even the Manager Zain dosent have the decency to contact you to resolve issues .
To get my flat back it took 18 months going through the courts because the first possession order Smartspace didn’t go through the correct legal procedure they got that wrong .
It’s all about money and greed to them you are getting a very poor service

We have 3 properties which via the council were let to SmartSpace for 5 years. The tenants have repeatedly wrecked the properties and we have had to go in and renovate in between each tenancy with the treat of no rent if not turned around in time. I do not believe any inspections were done during tenancies and the tenants have informed us that they have been ignored when reporting repairs. The 5 year agreement was due to end in February 25 we gave more than enough notice in August 24 and 8 months later we are still waiting for properties to be returned. Now calls are ignored and we are receiving rude messages saying we have to patient and wait.

As a property owner, I have to say, I am super impressed with my experience with Smartspace. There is clear dialogue allowing for a really positive relationship with the underlying tenants, they are responsive to any queries and transparent in how they conduct business. Highly recommend for any property owner looking for a competent and professional solution to property management.

Ibrahim left me in a property with my newborn baby with a broken boiler and faulty electrics. Whenever I emailed him he would ignore me but would bombard me with calls and emails if he wasn’t responded to quick enough. 0 professionalism, 0 manners, 0 customer service.

My recent contact with Ibrahim was very positive ans my reason for this score is that I am not impressed with their maintenance and repair person's work. Ibrahim was and is always helpful and he did everything to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

Seems a but suspicious having 1 star negative reviews and all of a sudden this company have written their own 5star reviews.
The time you have spent writing these fake reviews, you could be responding to your ACTUAL tenants and resolving the many ongoing issues we are ALL having.
Come and sort out the leaks and the damp issue in my property. My home is beyond disrepair. Faulty electrics, no heating, the list goes on. My family have been suffering for too long now!

The service is terrible, they have written fake reviews all on the same day just because they were told that they were rated poor and they don’t help tenants with problems they simply ignore emails.
