EZ texting made it simple to try out features and set up a system to send survey links for a technology use research project. Of the alternatives I looked at, EZ texting was the best for allowing me to use and view the features before I had to complete an FCC application. This made me confident that I was purchasing something that would work for my somewhat unique needs.

Zero stars. The company told me they could not do my messaging (political) but they won't refund my money either. They also charged me for a second month of service without providing any service during.

I was with them over a year and they closed my account because I'll admit to using a word that was on the banned list however the context in which I used the word was not in accordance with what should get your account banned. They didn't take into consideration I've been using this same message over a year or actually read the message in it's proper context to see it actually didn't violate their policy. I recommend REI Reply they're cheaper and much more REI friendly.

Easy to schedule texts and make lists. Interface is readable, simple, and easy to navigate. I never felt confused about what I was doing, the cost of anything, etc. Invoices are easily accessed. I really like this tool! So much better than other tools we've tried.

Ez texting is a great platform for sending out messages. Very easy to use and at a very affordable price. I had only had one issue with getting my registration approved and they were very kind to work with and even gave me extra credits for my trouble. Many of my colleagues use it and tell me it's the best texting platform around. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend it.

I can’t log in on a computer and unable to send mass texts on my cell phone. Last year this was a great service. Now, I’m asking for a refund because it’s a useless service due to the changes.

Customer experience is terrible. Signed up and next day wanted to cancel. Took days and days for someone to contact me. Not helpful either. Would stay away. They do not seem legitimate.

The software is very user friendly. Its support that I have a problem with. I have been using the software for several months until I went to send a message and my account was put on hold. Then screen states that the hold will be only for 1/2 hour, its been an hour and a half and still no response. Whats really sad because of this my organization of more then 2000 locations will not be moving forward with this software and its due to the companies non support

An absolutely awful experience for me and my client. My advice for others is to find an agency or a better-known, well-respected texting provider that has a dedicated customer service team. These reps tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign up—and then everyone is gone. The only customer service available is via chat, and they don't even know what they're talking about. I lost hundreds of dollars, didn't get to send a SINGLE text, and they're refusing to give me a refund. Buyer beware.

Pricing is a compete scam. Charge extra for an emoji??
Charge you multiple “credits” for a slightly longer text?
It was $60 to send around 700.

I love this app to quickly get messages to the community, weddings, non profit distributions like food drive, trainings, etc. It’s limitless on the usefulness of this app. I highly recommend this app to all Superneighborhoods and civic organizations. Event planners, etc.
