I am a web designer and have several of my sites hosted with Shock Hosting. I have always been pleased with their prices and support.

Been with this webhost for long time. Their plans so cheap for service you would be actually shocked. I paid a lot more for a lot less. I was with many hosts before and the support sucks. I been having issues lately my stupid wordpress site got hacked with malware and I kept trying fix things than messed up email account you name it these last two weeks been stressful. I'm a painter not some web guy and they always reply fast and do everything they can help. Anyone looking for webhost I highly recommend them your not just a number to them they always reply super fast for someone with all these issues lately that says a lot. I bought a lifetime deal through a 3rd party for their service many years ago. That one-time deal made me turn around and buy regular hosting through them for my personal web hosting. And now I have switched my employer's (a media & advertising company) hosting service from Bluehost to Shock Hosting. Most of our domains that were in Wix and GoDaddy are slowly being transferred to Shock. And as far as troubleshooting problems, any time I've had a problem, their support is lighting fast, I don't think I've ever had an issue go longer than 24 hours without being solved. Their tech support people are also polite and kind for some of the questions I've asked.

Only been working with them for a couple of months but the support is really fast it's 24/7 they reply within 10-20 minutes usually, the prices are really good too and the servers are pretty fast, haven't had a problem with them yet, hopefully it will continue like this!

I have been working and dealing with sites for over 15+ years and I haven't found in those years a better support team or even compared to shockhosting. Not only are the prices way beyond affordable, they will in most cases they will do whatever it takes.

I often have to remind them how nice of a group of people they are. I have been with them for atleast 4 years now and I refuse to use anyone else now.

If anything these guys/gals need more promotion for how amazing they are.

I moved to shock hosting recently. And the results are the best. Their unlimited SSD has saved me the risk of worrying about overcapacity due to the number of websites.

Been using Shock Hosting since 2014 and exclusively since 2019. Customer service is phenomenal and if I ever have any sort of issue it's always sorted out quickly and smoothly. I've used several VPSs in a variety of locations and I'm always impressed with the speeds. Definitely recommend Shock Hosting!

Great technical support and their VPS servers are really among the best. After sales service is also top notch.

I initially gave them a one star. But I can say they have worked hard to fix the problem and have resolved my issue. They did it all in the same day. They really care about their reputation and will not hesitate to make sure you are well served. I give them 5 stars because most companies won’t go this far in order to fix a problem. Very fast servers, great UI for interacting with the server etc

When ever i have an issue they are quick and helpful even when an app on wordpress may be creating errors they offer to collaborate with the developers to sort out!

They did this with Shield app and was sorted very quickly as we were able to ascertain the cause.

I've been with a few hosting companies over the past 15 years but so far have to say these are the best by far. Very quick with help, writing replies without jargon (I'm not very technical), and smooth migration.

They offer unlimited and fast ssd storage,as well for bandwidth and always my website loading is a breeze.Only one time my service was down and they compensated me for that.
