I have recently joined and had to take over the software from a previous colleague. Having had no experience with Searchland I was a bit daunted by the prospect.
Jem Yildirim at Searchland immediately reached out and has been incredibly pro-active and supportive offering me training and webinars and helping us identify our potential core needs.
I must say I was very pleasantly surprised - true professionalism and excellent customer service are hard to find these days!

The best software I have come across!

I have tried lots of software businesses over my career and I am still amazed by Searchland every time I load it up.

For me, being able to search the owners of commercial property is of interest, but the amount of data points they capture exceeds my expectations and allows me to function at a much higher capacity.

The data is all put together in a truly remarkable and easy to use way.... I had a couple of queries on some search functionality and our Customer Success Manager, Becca hopped on a video call to talk me through it.

The best land sourcing platform by a mile.

The usability of the site is the second to none, so simple, easy to use and delivers great results.

I would recommend this platform over competitors - Nimbus, Landinsight etc, having used them previously.

Separately, Jem is an absolute gem. As my account manager, he is ALWAYS available to help, whether that be with a platform related question or help with how to source the best sites. Reach out to him if you're looking to get on-board.

Recently signed up and given an account manager who has shown me how to create alerts, send letters and utilise the system.

The system is great, as is Jem, and I look forward to using SearchLand for a lot of business tasks.

It's the ultimate site finding tool and a real game-changer! Identifying unique off-market opportunities becomes a breeze, plus, the real-time overlay of Rightmove data takes it up a notch. Searchland's Customer Service Team are absolutely brilliant as well (S/O Jem!). I highly recommended for anyone in the game!

Search land is a great tool!

The ease of searching for land, the presentation of the information, easy access to title documents, the various different filters, tools and user friendly interface makes it a brilliant all-in-one tool!

It's an essential piece of software for sourcing land off market. The product, service and support is excellent.

As Architectural Consultants, Searchland is invaluable. It is user-friendly and contains a comprehensive level of information which enables us to save a lot of time when researching new sites. The ability to have a broad spectrum of data for most Local Councils means that gone are the days of trawling through Councils poorly constructed websites to find obscure Conservation areas, old Planning Applications and site allocations. The level of ongoing support is fantastic, reported bugs are acted upon seemingly instantly, and you are always kept informed of upcoming improvements and new features. There are always more facilities which could be added, such as Archaeological Notification Areas and Historic Mapping, but as it stands the current system is a vast improvement upon using individual Councils systems.

I recently changed from one of the competing platforms. At a fraction of the price this essentially does the same job.Very easy to use. An amazing amount of "live" data included - and more types constantly added. The helpdesk is always quick. They listen to potential improvement comments.

We have been using Searchland for more than 8 months now and found it really great to use! The letter campaign function has been a major improvement to our workflow. The platform is really straightforward and easy to use. The team is very helpful and responsive when we report a bug. Would highly recommend this to developers and investors who are looking to improve their workflow and subsequently deals and opportunities!
