Bad service and the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a camera, on May 15th, and they promised me they will deliver it before 10th of June. They didn’t even bother to send a mail that it was not possible to deliver on that day. Later they send me one mail that I will get the camera on 23rd of June, and same happened again. When I contact with customer care, to cancel the order the lady from the customer service was so rude, and she was the lady actually who ensured us about the delivery.

They refunded me for a product that wasn’t in stock and then 3 months later still send me the product. I then tried to return the product as I no longer needed it, and they charged me for it and said return wasn’t an option.

Just a scam! First time I see such a bad service. Ordered speakers over a month ago and never received them. Every time tech support promises to send them next week, now they don't answer at all. It's amazing how this site still works.

Two stars, because the Customer support is very nice and answers quick and I at least had the feeling that thy wanted to help.
Unfortunately I know this, because I had to contact them for every single of my orders. I can't even describe all the things that went wrong and am still waiting for some of my money. I ordered all in all I think 8 products, 4 of them could not get delivered, which was not stated in the shop. Then there was major trouble with an insurance for a drone, which could not be delivered. Ordering at Scandinavian Photo has cost me so much time and I really can not recommend ordering here.

I want to thank the guys from the store in Copenhagen from the bottom of my heart. I recently bought a Canon R5 and a lens from them. But there was an error in the camera (error 70), I was very stressed, it’s good that it wasn’t on a commercial shoot. And I'm leaving soon and I really needed a camera. The workers understood my situation and soon, literally within a week, they sent me a completely new camera. And I’m very thankful to Alex.

Never had a bad experience. Think the shipping is great, and the prices are always the best. A small thing they could do better, is sometimes the descriptions online, but whatever. Don't know why people are giving them bad reviews.

I have now bought several items from S.P. on multiple occasions. Both camera houses, objective's, and other photo related equipment.
At the first order I was a little worried, due to a mix of good and bad reviews here on Trustpilot.
But the item I ordered around - may 2021 - came within a 2-3 days. Second order - june 2021 - the same, and the third order, right around Christmas 2022, came within 2 days.
I have no problems recommending Scandinavian Photo. I will buy there again.

I ordered a Røde microphone in July 2022 .. that's 17 months ago. I didn't need it urgently, and the price was good, so when they informed me that it wasn't on stock and the delivery time was unknown, I decided to wait. Every month I received a new email telling me that it still wasn't on stock. January 4th I received a delivery date from Scandinavian Photo: February 25th. On March 3rd I got a new email once again stating that the delivery date was unknown. And now today I've finally received news that the product has been discontinued .. a truth with some severe modifications, as the microphone is still manufactured and remains one of the most popular mics for its purpose .. only the list price is now more than 25% higher than it was when I received the order confirmation from Scandinavian Photo back in the summer of '22.
So here's my recommendation: if your item's on stock, go ahead and buy it from S.P. at their normally very good prices. But if it's not, buy it somewhere else!

For those who want quick answers..... Brilliant !!
Those who like to know more.....Well, I am just starting in the Videography field and as a 37 year old, I had all the reasons to worry but thanks to Mr. Mogens @ scandinavianphoto.dk, I am 100% satisfied and confident that I can go ahead. This man, not only helped me with the right purchase, he didn't mind teaching me a few tricks about the field as well. Infact, when I was going overboard with my purchase (because I'm ignorant :P), he put me in the right direction and instead of throwing me to the expensive gear alley, he stirred me towards an area where my purchase was very much in alignment with my vision and my budget. We've talked a lot of times and......a lot and not even once, did I hear a single sigh from him because of my endless questions, infact, he was very descriptive about why something is important and why not. After my 2nd call, it started feeling as if I am talking to a mentor than a salesman.
So, this has been my experience so far. Because of this attitude, I am gonna buy every video related equipment from these guys. They turned my fear into confidence and that's a big thing for me. So guys, seriously, you are in right hands, if you call them. All the best for your purchase/career/hobby :D

At this point the product was still listed as available on their website so they were still commiting to new orders. I was then promised a delivery date of 22nd of January, then 22nd February, then 18th of March... Unbelievably there are still no signs of the speakers and the excuse every time... you guessed it.. COVID. That is not a valid excuse for such awful service, never using them again and I advise that you do the same.
Ordered a printer online. Made payment on their payment portal. Money was transferred, but the order on the Scandinavian photo site was never confirmed. Chased down customer service to solve the problem of the missing order. Paperwork situation was solved and I waited for my printer to arrive.
5 days later, I had to again call customer service and ask where my order was. M. in customer service explained my order was not in stock (wish the could have explained that when the fixed the order on my last call). Was told that they were expecting a shipment arrival that same day (Friday) and they would be able to send to send out on Monday. I agreed with M. from customer service that Scandinavian Photo would contact me on Monday to tell me where the order is.
Monday came and went.. no contact from Scandinavian Photo. I then sent an email on Wednesday and asked to cancel my order and get a refund. M. from customer service responded my email they were trying to track down my order, to which I told them to stop looking and send me a refund.
Poor customer service when I had to reach out to them 3 times for their error and lack of communication.
No problems with this shop. Item arrived quickly and was well-packed. Price was good.
Bad Bad very Bad I do not advise anyone to buy or deal with them. When the printer is returned, 30% of its value has been deducted, and they sell used printers as new. Advice not to buy anything from them.

I ordered Røde Microphone. Found out late that it didn’t work, due to some cable problem. Wrote to them, and they responded right away.
Even though it was beyond the 14-days return rights, they sent me a brand new Røde Microphone anyway. AWESOME!! 👍 I was very very impressed.
Henrik was very nice and he responded very quickly. He sent me a new replacement right away.
Five stars from me, and WILL definitely, definitely, purchase again from you 😊👍⭐️
This company don't pick the phone. when buying demo equipment do they not want to enter the serial number of the goods on the invoice. This is very strange as I can't use it as proof of service. They claim they can't control serial numbers. They never pick up the phone in Denmark and don't want to help.
