Very good!!! No lag and other problems

Worst minecraft server hosting ever.
I bought a 8 gigabyte package with dedicated ip But i got nothing, They didn't even send me a Confirmation e-mail so i had no proof of purchase.

Also i requested a refund for my purchase and they refused to give my money back.

Absolute terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone wanting to host a minecraft server

I had an issue getting my server working, but then Customer service was great and very patient with me, would definitely recommend using these to others

Amazing would recommend again its a cheaper alternative to other ones and also has good locations.

I actually don't have anything bad to say. Everything is easy to find and do. And if you haven't done it before, they already have tutorials they show that you can't miss. I've been a ScalaCube user on and off depending on breaks from ARK now and then, which is my favorite game of all time since it came out. And ScalaCube just makes my life alot easier with adding mods, and adjusting every single little details on whatever i want in the many settings of ARK. It won't be my last time i use ScalaCube. I've tried other server hosts before, but they were abit confusing, and ScalaCube Isn't at all. So thank you for making my ARK experience easy and fun!

Great support and a great server with no lag with 4 people on it

TL;DR: They don't care about customers, they don't take responsibility, nothing is ever their fault and customer service is cold and not helpful.

I moved away from another host to ScalaCube one year ago. When I first created my server, it suggested a minimum of 4GB of RAM, I decided that I would pay for 8GB of RAM to allow extra allowance and for a long time, it worked fine. No complaints from myself or friends. We all took a break from gaming for a couple of months and just started playing again recently with severe lag.

We are playing FearNightfall V18 and have done so ever since we started. Although newer versions of this game are available, upgrading means losing all of your progress and starting again, something we did not want to do as we had not completed this version yet. I noticed that Scalacube minimum RAM has increased again, which means more money. When I complained to Scalacube about this and my current inability to pay more, their response was "The recommended plan option is changing due to modpack requirements."

I can understand that newer versions of this game may require more RAM, however, we are still on V18 with no changes or upgrades to the server or client side. Additionally, they did not comment on any other part of my support ticket. They only care about money and nothing is ever their fault, just look at other negative reviews, they have an answer for everything and never take responsibility.

If my game has not been upgraded to a newer version and I am still running it based on their recommendations at time of install, it should still be working fine but playing the game is like a slow slideshow. If it is not the RAM then it is their CPUs which are not up to anything.

They ignored my last email which seems common as they have done that before with my support tickets and to other customers as per reviews.

Stay clear and do research, other companies offer better servers in terms of CPU and RAM at a much lower cost.

I really love Scalacube so far, one month into a 4.5 GB 70 player plan. I payed $13 USD for the first month and I'm able to have multiple worlds and servers running under one domain and plan, which is really good for me and my friend's playstyles.

SCAMMERS, I have not saw any warning that i will pay every month more and more money, NOW I CANT EVEN LOG IN TO SITE AND CANCEL IT.

Being able to play Minecraft comfortably with my friend for an affordable price was something I always wished for. The server always has perfect uptime, and is much more convenient than having to host one and take it down all the time. Anytime there were issues, finding a way around it only took a couple clicks. There have never been any lagging or bug issues either. No complaints, and will definitely be continuing to use Scalacube to host my future servers.

Lies, Lies, Lies, Lies. This is a shady company that does false advertising. When you go to their website for the first time, it says the lowest plan is $2. But, if you come from googling a "free server host" or even "scalacube free" it says its free and comes with 6GB of RAM! It even says "You can expand your server’s capabilities with custom plugins, mods, and other features." So, I go to create my server. It asks me what server software I want, I pick Paper, Then it says...... Thats Premium only, our free plan only supports vanilla servers. I wish I could've had a better experience with ScalaCube.
