Not only Belgian waffles are famous but also various things for home! :D
Just a joke, of course I know that they aren't famous for home stuff especially something that is connected to bathing.
But this website is an awesome place. I had a long trip to Europe and had to live in Brussels for a while. Got my shower broken, headed to this website and found what I needed. Still only the website is awesome, products are awful, in fact :) It was a big disappointment for me to find out thta delivery was too long while the tap just... got broken on the 2nd day. I did everything carefully.

Please don't blame customers for Sawiday's issues

I give this company a poor 2 star rating, mainly because they tried to convince me that everything that went wrong was my fault. The first 2 times I used them everything went fine (hence 2 stars), after that too many problems. 1. Wrong item delivered due to incorrect labeling on Sawiday's box but I was required to send multiple photos inside and outside the box to prove this before Sawiday would act on the complaint. 2. The email link on company's web page didn't work, so I wasted time waiting for a reply.
It took quite a lot of effort to get Sawiday to acknowledge the link didn't work. 3. After completing the payment process, I got an on-screen order confirmation and message telling me Sawiday would be in touch about delivery date but later there was no record of the order. Company clearly has an issue with IT systems. I can accept mistakes and issues but a reluctance to acknowledge these and blaming customers is a good way to loose them.

Perfect customare care

Although i had one of my worst experiences in Sawiday, Zaventem, the customer care provider Mahdi from Sawiday has done his best to sooth the situation.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Liars. Thieves. They sold me the wrong products knowing exactly my requests. They also took over 10 deliveries to ship me the right products. They also delivered many products that were FAULTY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND ME THE PRODUCTS THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD ME WRONGLY. LIARS LIARS LIARS. I REGRET SPENDING AROUND €15,000. THEY ARE BULLIES TOO. THEY MUST THINK THAT BECAUSE I AM A FOREIGNER THAT I CAN BE TREATED LIKE THE WAY THEY DID.

These instructions explicitly outlined the requisite positioning of the pipes concerning the newly acquired radiators. Tanguy also emphasized the importance of ensuring the use of compatible pipework, given that all our Vasco radiators feature central connections at the bottom. It appears that you were duly apprised of these specifications before confirming your order.

Furthermore, our diligent after-sales team reiterated this crucial information, underscoring its significance, and advised you to engage with your contractor to discuss and implement these technical requirements.

Upon thorough examination, it has been determined that the components received are indeed compatible with the radiators specified in your order. Consequently, it appears that the root of the issue does not lie with our sales or after-sales services, nor with the supplied parts. Rather, it seems there may have been challenges in the accurate execution of the installation by your chosen installer, notwithstanding the explicit instructions provided.

Additionally, I would like to draw your attention to the elapsed timeframe, as the stipulated deadline for product returns has surpassed, exceeding four months from the original delivery date.

We understand the frustration that may arise from such situations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the deviation from your anticipated installation process.
