Wish I’d never ordered from these bunch of clowns. Ordered Oct 5, money swiftly taken from my account, how I don’t know delivery address defaulted to old address via Shop. Emailed Saker about this, no reply. Can’t track order. Dreadful company keep well clear.
At the end of May I ordered a tabletop fire pit. Money was taken swiftly, email received confirming order promising shipping in 3-5 days.
No more information from company and no firepit delivered.
Tried a number of times via email re issue and also through business chat on messenger.
Was just stuck in constant loop of sorry send us details of order and we will get back to you.
Finally at the beginning of October I got a response through the customer service email and after once again sending all relevant details they finally said they would refund my money in 3-5 working days. That was on the 9th of October 2025. But still no refund received as of today. Response to today’s email was sorry very busy will get to you when we can. Not impressed but will update when refund received.
I ordered a steamer. Paid for freight and shipping insurance. They sent it with extra freight. I absolutely will not pay the extra freight from the PO. So I refused it. I have sent them FIVE emails telling them , they need to refund my money and NO ONE has responded.

Saker did not inform me that the product and probably the company are Chinese and that the product is the same as all other models which are being sold on the web.
It took 3.5 weeks to receive the product.

Order placed on June 11, 2025 – today is July 3, and there has been no shipping confirmation, and no response to emails, voicemails, or phone calls (only an answering machine, with no call back).
Customer service is virtually non-existent, making the entire process seem highly untrustworthy. Still no information on whether or when the product will actually arrive (apparently shipping from China).
Conclusion: Very poor service – I strongly advise against ordering. Never again!
I dont know how, but my ordered parts where tracked with origin from China. Now i received a package with the correct order Number, but instead of my parts it was plastic gloves in side. Underneath the sticker fro DHL there was another adress. How can this happen!?
The other sticker underneath was not even from DHL. ??? I paid basically almost 40 EUR for plastic waste and did not receive what was ordered. HELP
Untrustworthy. No confirmation of order. Do not use this company. We have no item, no refund and no response to emails in 3 weeks.
Ordered two 6-in-1 multi-tools. They took three weeks to arrive. Advertised as steel, and yes, the blades are metal, but the handle is the cheapest plastic, made to look like metal.
Still no reply to my email from three days ago. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and paid for a mini circular saw and after 10 days no mention of it being dispatched. Trit to contact them but to no avail? Be wary of ordering from them.

You cant reach the company via phone or email. The phone number on the homepage is shut down and you dont get any response on any mails. I'm trying to reach someboday for 4 weeks now and still no answer at all.
They dont issue invoices, so if you need an invoice you should think about ordering in that shop.
