First time ever at this sweeps casino. I made and account and two days later went back to it. I won a nice chunk and when I went to redeem and it sent me to a chat to confirm my redeem. The admin there said I needed to verify on discord so I clicked the link he sent, it opened discord, I had to follow them and then began to verify. When I got back to the chat and told him I had verified successfully, he responded with a message saying that I had multiple accounts and that was against their terms. I told him I have only one account and have only had it for a few days, without a response he closed the chat, took all my sweeps coins, and even disappeared from my discord. I checked my search history and my first time to Runewager was July 5 2025. I emailed and then went to the site chat where I sat waiting for 11 mins the first time and longer the second time. No response. I log back in to see if I have gotten my money or a response and it says user is banned. What a joke!

This casino is not your best option! Only good thing i can add to this site is the free 1$ welcome bonus but after that, games are slow and glitch sometimes and they are not smooth, also i see as a joke that when you try to withdraw they open a chat with you like man. What the hell is that?
