They puting you on subscription automaticly, but you dont know it. And then after month start taking money from your acount!!! Be careful!!!

Dangerous site! Take $1 and then start without warning to take $29.70! Extremely unfriendly, do not respond to emails! And there is no button anywhere in an easy place to cancel a subscription they created, scam! Their service is nice, but this is abnormal charging and it is ILLEGAL!

Scammer. Charging online user without informing user or getting any consent from user. Why we have such a scammer company and no authority can do anything to this scam site? There are already so many victims who got scam and this site still continue to exist and continue to cheat people's hard earn money. Can anyone do something to this scammer so that there is no more victim in future? Fxxx this scam site.

As many others!! They charged me 29.99€ for their "monthly mebership". I contacted them tto cancel and request a refund as a goodwill gesture since I did not use the service. No answer. Avoid at all cost.

Why You Should Avoid Resumaker.ai Resume Builder (My Experience)

I call it what it is - a scam. Resumemaker AI feels like a complete rip-off. Stay Away!

I used Resumemaker AI thinking it was a free resume builder. After finishing my resume, I was asked to pay RM 4 to download it — no clear mention of any subscription. A few days later, I was shocked to see RM 99 deducted from my account for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for.

There was no clear warning, no obvious consent, and no helpful support. They refused to refund me, citing hidden terms buried in their website.

My advice: Avoid this site. If you've already used it, check your bank and spam folder for any surprise charges. There are safer, more transparent resume tools out there.

Scam, trying to charge you money after you bought the one resume for few bucks 🤣

Pls be careful with regards to subscription, once done with ur resume making, better to delete it or else will get charged with monthly rate of $ 29 automatically on completion of 14 days initial period

It's a SCAM do not trust resumemaker.ai, once you give your card details they take money time to time without informing.

SCAM WEBSITE!! IT should not be on 1. page on google. Do not use it. They dont tell you you have to pay to actually finish your resume. You have to pay a dollar to download it. You say "Alright, what the hell". And after exactly 2 weeks they charge your Paypal or Creditcard for 29,70$ without your consent. You cant manage your account on the website. You cant check your purchases. ITS A SCAM.

TAKES REOCCURRING PAYMENT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

I signed up for what Resumaker.ai advertised as a 14-day free trial. I only used it once and never touched the site again. I wasn’t even aware that after the trial, they’d automatically charge my account — especially since I didn’t even have money in it at the time. Guess what? As soon as money hit my account, they silently took 284 MAD ($29.70) without any notice. No warning. No email. Nothing.

I immediately contacted them with all the transaction details (receipt number, card info, date), and they replied saying there's nothing they can do. Are you serious? I didn’t even use the service beyond that one time. It’s a complete scam.

I’ve since seen dozens of people here saying the same thing happened to them. These guys are shady, and their support team just throws you a copy-paste response and ignores the actual issue.

I’ve canceled the subscription, filed a complaint with my bank, and I’ll be reporting this fraud wherever I can.

DO NOT trust this site. Avoid Resumaker.ai at all costs.

First they will say that it is free CV ai. When you go to download it, they will ask for $1 to download it and enjoy 14 days trial perioud. There is no option showing to cansel it within that 14 days. then they will suddenly turn your account in to monthly plan that charge $20. they will charge it at the end of 14 days. Although they say there is a refund if you are not satisfied withing 14 days of time, they will never refund it. and if you need to cansel the plan, only option is to contact the CS. that is how they cheat telling free Cvs. Poor service

They scammed me 16.22 USD.
I paid a once off fee to generate the PDF document that I had created (CV)

Yesterday they deducted money from my account without my consent, they responded once to my email and they have been mute since. I sent a follow up mail today and still nothing.

I paid €0.99 to create and download a CV, thinking it was a one-time payment. Suddenly, €29.29 was taken from my account without any clear warning, email, or confirmation. I never knowingly agreed to a subscription.

Their response was generic and dismissive, claiming the charge was valid due to some “14-day trial” – which was never clearly explained. There was no transparent communication or proper consent for this subscription.

I consider this a deceptive business practice and I strongly advise others to stay away. I’ve reported the charge to my bank and the European Consumer Centre.

clean scam, it’s impossible to remove credit card you won’t see it in your dashboard or account, so you think you won’t charged anymore but then you see charge!
