Shoulder device didnt help. I tried to send device back but it was returned to me.Company did not refund and quit responding to emails

I set it up by the bedsside, thinking it would sit there quietly. But it buzzes and warms, funny feeling at first. Now, I use it every evening before bed. Shoulder pain... less. Small miracle, that.

I dont usually write reviews but I felt I had to with this one. Been a mechanic all my life, these
hands and shoulders carried me through 40 years of work. The price of that was worn joints,
torn rotator cuff, and the constant dull ache in my shoulder that followed me even after
retirement. Its frustrating when the body doesnt keep up with the mind. I like tinkering in my
garage, fixing up old cars, but I’d last maybe 20 minutes before my shoulder would scream.
My daughter got me this shoulder device for my birthday. At first I laughed, said it looked like
something from a science fiction movie. But I gave it a shot. I strap it on after breakfast, let it
warm up and buzz while I read the paper. The heat is deep and soothing, like it melts into the
sore spots. After a week I noticed I could lift my coffee pot with less strain. Two weeks in, I was
back in the garage, able to work on the carburetor without paying for it all night.
What got me the most was when my grandson asked me to play catch again. I hadnt been able
to throw a ball in years. Still cant throw like I used to but I managed a few tosses, and the look
on his face was worth more than gold. That moment right there is why I’ll keep using this.
Its not perfect, the strap needed adjusting and it took me a bit to get used to the vibration, but its
helping me live again. At 66, that is all I can ask for.

It is not a miracle cure but for me its been life changing. Even my husband noticed I dont groan
as much rolling over in bed. I know it sounds silly but I feel like I got a piece of my independence
back. Worth every penny.

Reminds me of the warm compresses my mother used, but better. The vibration is newfangled
but pleasant. I tend my garden and my shoulder didn’t complain yesterday. Makes me smile,
and that’s enough.

It hums like a small motor but eases my shoulder. Slightly odd to wear. Don’t know the
longevity, but for now, it’s doing fine.

I’m retired, old bones creak. This contraption advertised warmth and vibration, seemed hopeful.
It fits poorly first time, but I adjusted. First day... slight relief. Day three… better mobility. Tbh, I
wish customer support was faster. But device, it does help.

Pain in shoulder lessens each day with use. Simple to strap on, not too heavy. I’d buy again.

Over past decade, fine motor control in my right arm faded due to cancer treatments. I was
leery of anything medical. But I’ve been using this for ten minutes twice daily. It’s not miraculous,
but the heat and pulse vibration giv modest relief. Doesn’t cure me, but I fiddle my toolbox
again. That’s something.

I watch my twin grandkids every week, lifting and chasing them wears me down. This
contraption’s warmth soothes the ache and the buzz loosens muscles I thought were gone stiff

I didn’t reckon this thing would help much, after years of physio and pain killers, I wasn’t
sanguine. But heat soaked in well, vibration hit the spot, and well, morning stiffness? Nearly
gone. It arrived a little slow, had to wait a fortnight. But once it’s on, ahhhh. Fairly impressed.

Rated this company back in February for their failure to provide legitimate 'customer service' In the end my review was removed. I took the only offer they gave me. Keep the worthless product and receive a 30% refund. They have never even given that back. Their policy says 100% refund is misleading. You must pay for shipping back to China, almost as much as the purchase price. I see they are still selling the device, offering for THREE times the price other sellers do for the same (or better) product. It is a shame people like this can continue to take advantage of venerable Seniors and others. God Bless to all

Thank you for responding regarding Order # 18974. You should have refunded all our money. You made sure to get past the 60 days so my credit card company would not reverse the charges. I sent you the request for the 30% refund in March and you have still never sent us a check or given us credit to our card.

I'm a retired senior and when I saw the ad for the shoulder device, I decided to purchase it, due to pain from a rotator cuff tear. I didn't get any relief. It didn't fit well [too small]. I tried to get in contact with this company [thru several emails and phone calls] to no avail. There is a 90-day guarantee, but you can't get through on how to return. I do not recommend this product or company.

My chiropractor suggested this company as a good company for a shoe that gives good arch support. I ordered the only shoe I could find on the site. The insole was about as flat as a pancake. Trying to put the shoe on was so difficult I finally gave up and decided to send them back. I wish I had ordered from Amazon as they would have given me a full refund. Reliefly only gave me $7 of the $38 that I spent on the shoes. I would never order through this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!

How can you provide more information such as e-Mail address for Reliefly to contact me when TrustPilot will not allow e-Mail addresses? Other feedback indicates that reliefly is a poor communicator and an abuser with spam e-Mails/

I bought the shoulder brace with heat and stimulation with a great deal of hesitation. I have been pleasantly surprised. The product works as advertised, which is not always the what happens with this kind of product. As I have been going to Physical Therapy for around 5 months for my shoulders, 2 times a week, I was looking for something that would work along with my therapy. They also have been using heat and stimulation to help me recover the use of my arms. So far the brace with the heat and stimulation has work quite well for me. I use it for longer then the 15 minutes recommendation, mostly 35-45 minutes and I have seen a fair amount of pain relief and returning mobility. As I have only been using the brace for 5-6 days I cannot say what the long term effects will be but so far in the time I have use this product I have been impressed. It did seem to be expensive and it did take longer to get to me then I had hoped, but so far so good. It has lived up to the advertisement, it is made well, not cheaply. The self contained battery charges up quickly, as I use it on both shoulders that is important to me. I am wearing it now as I write this review. One of the primary reasons I purchased it was I was having a hard time sitting and working at my computer. Not any more.....

How can I rate a product that I have not yet received?! I placed my order July 17 and have not received the order or even heard from Reliefly except for this email asking for my feedback. Well, my feedback is HURRY MY ORDER TO ME!!
I can then rate the efficacy of the product after I've had a few days to check it out.
