This booking was made very last minute and the best choice to have been made.
Knew I was going to later than expected and after speaking to a member of the team, they put me at ease and ensured I had no issues checking in.
Once inside the property, it was immaculately clean and a pleasure to stay at.
Everything was so local therefore no need to venture out for any amenities as all at your doorstep.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend it as very spacious.

Great Stay at the Games Room
We stayed at the Games Room house in Lockleaze Bristol. Great location with parking for 2 cars off road. The house was lovely. Well equipped, comfortable and warm. Garden outside with bbq which was great for the sunny day we had. The gamesroom was fun and the family had plenty of space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I picked up a couple of issues-which didn't affect our stay- but I reported them to regal stay. They responded to each query quickly and politely. It was a pleasure to stay and deal with regal stay staff.

Review of Regal Stay – “NEW Luxurious Stunning Block Apartments in Central London”
At the entrance of the property there were bins overflowing with rubbish, creating an awful smell throughout. The main doors were broken, and at check-in we had to call multiple times to get someone to come and fix them so we could even access the apartment. Communication was difficult as the lady on the phone spoke very little English, which made the process even more frustrating.
After booking, we were unexpectedly told that a £300 security deposit was required this was not made clear beforehand. We were assured that the deposit would be returned within 24 hours of check-out. However, 13 days later we still have not received it. Each time we contacted them, they claimed it had been released, but no money ever arrived. Shockingly, they even suggested that if we left them a good review, they would release the deposit.
This experience has been incredibly stressful and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Regal Stay.

The business owner of this company doesn’t care with anything but money. I worked for him but he did not pay the last cut off I supposed to receive. His cleaner did not come in on time to clean the property, the guest arrived with uncleaned flat. This owner blames me why the guest cancelled their booking and got a full refund. As if it was my fault. I did my best to apologize, convinced the guest to stay and wait for the cleaners to prepare their flat. He even fired me because I was not able to make the guest stay

Apartment has everything one would need. Spotless kitchen has all you need including a coffee machine and coffee pods. Beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect near train coffee shops and restaurants

I booked through booking.com , in regal stays words “ NEWLY RENOVATED FLAT IN LONDON WITH FREE PARKING “ upon arrival I parked on the driveway what I thought was the parking for the property. Only to be met by the ground floor flat owner. He was furious that I parked on the driveway. He showed me clear evidence on his lease that the driveway was his. I rang regal stay to enquire where the parking was. They told me it was outside the property. I told them that the driveway belongs to the ground floor occupant.
They put me on hold for 25 minutes while they enquired about parking.
They returned to say it was shared parking, FALSE I HAVE PROOF!! of the tenancy agreement of the downstairs occupant.
They then went quiet, I told them I needed parking for my vehicle which had my equipment inside it and wanted it nearby, they preceded to tell me that the parking was around the corner. LIE !!! The Newly renovated flat with PARKING! Is on the Main A1 dual carriageway and there is no roads off the carriageway for 3/4 mile.
I told them I wanted to cancel and my money back. As they had falsely claimed that it had parking and newly renovated which is another lie.
This company is a disgrace and are crooks. LEARN FROM MY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE in…
Hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE in London short term stay. Be VERY CAREFUl doing business with this firm. After looking at their flats on Northcote Rd London I initially decided to book a flat with them. Working with Andrei I prepaid for (4) days accommodations. After booking this stay for over $800, Andrei sent me a contract to sign which indicated I approved an additional $300 security deposit. I had multiple discussions with REGAL about removing this clause. Over a (24) hr period they continued to insist they would not charge a security deposit and requested I sign the contract, but refused to remove the contract requirement, Needless to say I wouldn't sign it, or stay with them & immediately notified American Express of the situation since REGAL refused to return my prepaid charge. So glad I use AE!!! This firm is crooked and no doubt in my mind would have charged my card for an additional $300. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you see their badge - gold crown with "REGAL STAY" with Portfolio below it.... MOVE ON!!

Excellent Stay At Very Reasonable Price
I stayed at the 2 bed flat in Twickenham for around 2 weeks in total and was extremely happy with the condition, decor and cleanliness. The service was also very good as well.
The beds were comfy and teh price at the time was very reasonable. Probably because it was off peak.
Would recommend staying there.

It is really spacious flat, all appliances was working, convenience store was literally downstairs.
I stayed 3 weeks and the stay was pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is that there was no mirror in the bathroom, a bit difficult to remove or apply makeup.
The house was extremely well kept
The house was extremely well kept, plenty of bedding, towels, and even some fresh snacks!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Luxurious Apt Getaway, Clapham
We stayed at the Luxurios Apartment,Getaway in Clapham,London.
Apartment was gorgeous, well maintained,very clean and had all the appliances and gagets for an enjoyable stay.
Location is brilliant for local bars,shops and cafés and near to local transport to commute.
Andrei was brilliant, very polite and helpful check in and communication 5 star.
Would definitely recommend and will be using again on our next visit.👌
Beware - shabby, not chic...
We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment in Clifton, Bristol. This property let us down in many ways. There is no parking, despite what the listing states. Street parking is paid and has a 3hr limit, preventing us from leaving the car whilst exploring Bristol. The photos show a bright, airy flat but in fact the flat was in the basement and very dark and dingy. Very shabby and in need of a face-lift. It was also dirty - cutlery, plates and mugs were dirty and needed washing before use. Bedding was dirty - stained pillows that smelled bad and the beds had clearly not been changed since the last occupants. We stayed 1 night and left early the next day, cutting our stay short. Communication with host was good but despite promises to investigate the issues, they did nothing, refusing to refund me saying I didn't give them chance to rectify the problems. Airbnb were brilliant and refunded me in full.
It took 18 days for my £300 deposit to be returned and I had to ask for it twice. Stay here at your peril - you have been warned.
