I requested for a refund and they accepted it. What's more there is to trust than this? I was about to cancel my payment but I totally forgot. Don't get me wrong I don't have anything against them I just didn't need it because I'm almost finished with school. It has been super fun using their application, I have learned a lot.

I used the app during my studies, but I quickly realized that my academic schedule wasn’t compatible with my work life. Because of that, I deleted the app. A year later, I discovered it had a yearly subscription, but I was fully refunded and received help canceling my account—even though I couldn’t remember my login details.
I’m very grateful for the extremely quick, kind, and helpful support I received.
Unfortunately, I can only give feedback based on the customer service, but the app itself is well designed—especially for English speakers.

I have got very valuable assistance from Quizgecko. Not only was the AI successful especially with Ultra plan, the approach by the owners was very kind, helpful and problem solving oriented. Although this is mainly a business platform, they put my satisfaction at the first place before any payment. Thank you very much again and I wish a successful life in your business life.

I enjoyed quizgecko when I used it, but I did not need it anymore and forgot about it. When it autorenewed, I contacted them, and they refunded my money without any hassle. Great customer service. The product was new when I used it, so I can't review it's newer features because I haven't used it in some time.

I find Quizgecko incredibly helpful. I tried using LLMs to create quizzes, but they were always riddled with errors or would only partially follow directions. With this program, you not only get excellent quizzes that cover what you upload, you can specify the types of questions, the number of questions, the levels of difficulty, and so on. It's a powerful learning tool that I'm only beginning to explore. It includes flashcards, spaced repetition, the ability to chat with your PDF, a depth of knowledge question generator, an instant podcast generator, and much more. If you're interested in experimenting with effective learning techniques, I've personally found Quizgecko to be the most comprehensive tool utilizing AI.

I downloaded Quizgecko to help me study for my psychology class. On the first exam, I got a 60%. After using Quizgecko, I got a 98% on the second exam. Quizgecko is an amazing app. I really like how you can upload documents and it will automatically turn them into quiz questions. It saves me so much time to not have to do that manually. I can upload the slides from class, my notes, and even study questions from the book. It then generates questions straight from my resources. I especially love the podcast and chat with document feature. I have never seen those before and they have both upped my studying game.

Best ai for my blueprints to study for my tests. I bought it for my nursing program and submitted test prep topics and it spit out alot of quiz questions that were alot like my tests.

The software is really helpful with creating a huge variety of questions that can help every student preparing for any kind of exam.

Amazing, has everything I need, free doesn't limit you at all meanwhile paid is simply divine. 10/10. Definitely use it!
