Wanted to test their proxies. Topped up my account and got non-working proxies. To get a refund, you need to write a letter within 2 hours from the moment of ordering. I made a request for a refund within 15 minutes, since it is quite obvious that these guys are selling air. As a result, tech support does not respond. In general, I got into a regular scam. Avoid this site!

Guaranteed 2 hour refund. Right. I tried them and 3/4 of the proxies were not functional. Tried with auth ip and without. Emailed within 45mins and got a response a day later. They asked if it was really their proxy. I sent a screenshot with some details and no longer received responses. Proxies are not rocket science. Would not have been hard for them to say "sorry about that, here are some different ones to try".
