Very competitive. Took out the Elite policy.. Sam was excellent on the phone.. everything explained well and question's answered...cover is fantastic...hopefully never need to use them but if they are as good as the set up was regarding a claim I will be very happy.

Difficult site to try and get information you want. Struggled to find the basic info about what is and isn’t covered, labour rates etc. The site is fast enough to take your money all the time though with constant pop ups

so admittedly got swept away with the driver elite, 3 year package by the sales team on the phone. no worries they said we'll look after everything other than wear n tear the whole spiel... felt good seemed convincing.
now window regulator has failed due to cable fault, booked in by themselves on a sat at halfords when their office wasn't open to receive diagnostic, also after being specifically told i could take to any garage that does warranty work when buying only to be informed i had to take it to local halfords. so this was done and diagnosed as cable issue within window regulator. the claim was denied, when queried the response i got from technical team is they don't cover cables and pointed to my policy the word cable. out of context as the whole sentence was
• Items and parts that should be regularly replaced during routine maintenance, including items such as plugs; HT leads; brake pads, discs; drums
and shoes; clutch facings; cables; wiper blades; V belts; hoses; pipes; cables; light bulbs and units; tyres; batteries; exhaust systems
not once have i ever seen a service technician and on speaking to many garages have confirmed my sentiments, replace a window regulator (which has to be the whole unit) as a routine maintenance.
by their logic they can now point to any word in "not covered" which on looking at it covers everything and say "nope cant do that there's a word(insert part here)"
this company is a scam. i suggest you look elsewhere

I have received a letter from auto protect (the administrators handling my complaint) ruling in my favour, on both the point on not being able to/offered choice to use my preferable garage, AND also on the point that the window regulator cable WOULD NOT be replaced during routine maintenance. and has therefore ruled in my favour. I am now having the work caried out by a trusted local garage and will send invoice to claim my repair bill once done.
This should not happen with this kind of service. not to mention the stress/inconvenience involved. I am deeply disappointed by protect4sure.
My thanks to auto protect however who swiftly dealt with this issue.

be aware this company is scam,and you will find it when you make a claim. They are only good when selling you insurance. my car's rear differential was damaged, and I paid all the cost for stripping the differential and they were present on video call during stripping. the stripping was done on 28the of December. Kia mechanic mentioned the bolt of pinion gear became lose and fell inside the differential and caused casing to damage. They asked for written quantitation for repair work and photos of car in garage which were provided and then call me to provide the receipt of car purchase as my car value was showing nothing on their system which was provided to them on 9th of January. yester we I call them to check the status of my claim the said my claim was refused as there was a play in the bearing, they found it during video call which is a joke as this play could be due to collapse of pinion gear. If the bearing has a play and they found it in stripping which was done 3weeks ago why they asked repair cost photos of car and my purchase receipt to value my car. My car was service with main dealer in October and was MOT done one day before breakdown and no such issue was identified at any point. I have requested kia Mechanic to provide me the findings in writing and I am planning to take legal advice. Now I have got the broken differential back and there is no play in bearing at all. This is complete lie as they don't want to pay money. Be aware again dont waste your money with thses scamers. They are actually Autoprotect as all there correspondence is from Autoprotect and only changed the name. Plase read Autoprotect reviews before buying
