Key did not work and they didn't refund
I bought a windows 11 key, it did not work. They did not refund what I paid. I ended up buying from CJS CD Keys and theirs did work. Avoid Proper Keys, it's a scam or really bad customer service.

Unhelpful customer support
They make you download Microsoft Office apps from a third-party website. You cannot use the product key with the Microsoft Office apps available directly from the Microsoft Store. There is a very technical way apparently to get the right Microsoft Appa that work with these product keys, but support has not been helpful so far. They just gave me a link back to the third-party site to download the apps, which I refuse due to obvious security concerns

Seems like a scam
July 26, 2025: Purchased 3x keys from here. Was meant to be instant delivery. It has been 24 hours now. Nothing yet. I emailed them about 23 hours ago, no response. Seems like a scam company that has bogus reviews on another site to promote their business. Can't even check order status on the website because I didn't create an account when placing the order.
Edit: Aug 8, 2025: Had received a response that I would receive a refund last week. Nothing yet. Definitely looking like a scam.
