He was nice and professional and even gave me some suggestions on what the car needed. He shared before pics and easily accepted payment. The company even followed up afterwards to ensure all went well. Definitely recommend using them!!

Absolutely awesome. I had a different company arranged, they didn't bother to show up. I called Matt, he got transport arranged for the next day, the driver showed up and my motorcycle is on it's way home.

I was highly impressed with their services. I worked with Denver Alfonso having a car shipped to me and to be honest I’m still shocked at how smoothly the entire process was. I was more than happy with the PRICE I was given which was very competitive. He COMMUNICATED with me the entire process keeping me informed even to letting me know the car would be arriving in 10 minutes. The driver was extremely SKILLED maneuvering the truck with multiple vehicles on it to have the vehicle placed right where my wife wanted to car since we had lost the key. He was very nice and professional as well. As I said I’m more than pleased with the service provided and highly recommend. Will definitely were I go in need of having to ship another vehicle.

This is one of the worst scams ever! These people are unprofessional (cutting me off, loud talking me, concerned more with the ramifications to them, avoiding giving me my deposit back), tried to pressure me into agreeing to a driver for nearly triple their initial estimate, and took three days more than what we expected. They would not answer unless I called from another number and put several individuals on the phone to haggle with me (all fast talking and not speaking clearly). When we said no, they were super pushy and got upset when we just continued asking for our deposit back. We will see if we get it!

On 3/24/25, I was struggling to find a driver, but American Haul stepped in and found a driver for me within an hour. They kept in touch with me every day during the shipping process, which made me feel confident and informed until my car arrived safely. I truly appreciate their quick response, communication, and professionalism. Highly recommend them!

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. They quote you a price and when it comes time to pick it up it is 3-4 times the quoted price with nothing but excuses. They say they have a driver but you have to put more money down to hold the spot or do repairs on the truck. One driver showed up and decided not to take the load. I have been dealing with them for months. I had two vehicles to ship and they have only delivered one. The driver showed up unannounced and would only take cash to unload. I just happened to be home at the time. He didn’t speak any English I had to read the text messages on his phone. This has been a nightmare and I don’t believe any of the positive reviews. I totally agree with the previous bad reviews. This is the third time I’ve posted a bad review they will call me and want my to take it down and promise to take care of it. Never seems to happen. Always say I will call you back in 30 minutes now they won’t return my calls or answer them when I call. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

They quoted me $260 to bring my jeep to California from Utah, the day the driver was supposed to show up they called and said they were still looking for a driver. They called me again and said they have a driver they have another car that they can cancel but it is now going to be $1000! I told them to forget my load and give me my $60 deposit back, he then said there would be a $100 charge to cancel. After that, he kept calling me several times, and finally, I had to block the number. End of the day I got my $60 back but what a pain in the ass...... Stay away from this company by all means!!!!!

In the course of 1 week I originally set for two vehicles to be booked here. These people are absolute full fledge scam artists. You will not be able to trust a single word they say to you. It’s clear the moment you pick up the phone and they give you a 30 minute explanation over something that only requires 20 seconds. They hope to talk you into submission. With a ton of details that only translate into I lied to you about the price , dates and all the details and now I’m blaming the world on why I need you to pay more money. Avoid this place at allllll costs!!! Don’t pay them a single cent they should be shut down !

All the good reviews ARE FAKE for this company. DO NOT USE THEM. They will charge you 5-6 times more than you are originally quoted and they will NEVER STOP HARASSING YOU. I shipped my car and was screwed by them for 5.5x the quoted price and then - two weeks later they started calling again to ship my car and HAVE NOT STOPPED calling. They are thieves. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM.

I have shipped several vehicles and this company is the absolute worst crooks I have ever dealt with. I seriously doubt any of the reviews that are 4 and 5 stars are real. Please read the 1 star reviews before you hire this company and I can guarantee you this is what you would experience if you end up using them.
Let me recap what they do- they contact and promise you a lower shipping price and then double or triple the shipping rate the night before they are scheduled to pick your vehicle up. My rate tripled from my original quote. I got the sob story about couldn’t find an insured driver blah blah and high fuel prices.. what a load of BS! Google who their CEO’s name is… Harvey Specter.. sound familiar? Yep, from the tv show suits. They know they are crooks so that’s why they use his name as the CEO, try and find their company address to serve them paperwork to sue them is impossible. They know they screw people over so this is why they do all of this.
They promised me a pick up date and was two days late.
Just overall the worst experience I have ever had with ANY company in my life I have dealt with.

I tried that already and you blew me off. I just hope you go bankrupt. I wish the trucking broker business was regulated so criminals like you would cease to exist.
