Just getting pummeled on PlayAlberta. Another 2000 today, almost 12000 in 8 days. Can't get a hit on anything. Had a bonus round finally for 30 bucks. One deposit I didn't even get something that matches my bet. Did 120 spins and not even a hit matching my bet. The game seems corrupted. Asked playalberta if the game is working, they said they believe so. But it seems corrupted. The spins are funny, kind of scrambled around. Thousands of spins and can't get any type of hit on it. Tried different bets, logging out, restarting, nothing. I asked if it is fair to say the site is not working properly due to updates, that response I got said it all. The site is basically not running until after all updates are complete in the coming days. I would wait a couple weeks before you try it again. As well whats with the games that are only for international users? Why do Albertans have to fund them? Doesn't make sense.

Over 5000 lost in two days, 2000 lost today. 1200 in one go and could not get one hit, not even one hit. Straight fall to nothing. It costs a lot of money trying to figure out which one works, the app or the site. So you have to spend money to figure it out which is unfair. Getting the game working is also tough. You need to deposit, spin, exit the game and restart and sometimes even log out to get it working. It glitches while you are playing, so watch for the glitch, restart the game or log out to get it going again. There is no tech support. Have a game stuck in the bonus round, not tech support to help you so you are at a loss. They can do it any time, if you are in a bonus round and win a jackpot it might suddenly freeze and never respond again. You can't get the winnings, and Playalberta has no tech support and they can't do anything for you. It is a really bad site. Rating it out of 10 I would give it a 2. The 2 is for the type of games they have but the rest of it is terrible. There is bad, then there is Playalberta BAD, which is really BAD. They dupe you with free spins that you only get sometimes. Wait for the pop-up before you deposit or you will lose. Check for any jackpot wins if there is don't play for a couple days. Mondays are must lose so avoid on Monday. Usually it goes into Tuesday evening until Must Lose Monday is over. It is still too early for Playalberta to be running, they need a long way to go before it should be available for consumer use. It is still in the testing phase. Watch for the glitch, once you get exit the site and wait before you try again. The glitch can come every minute or every hour, sometimes it sticks for days. The site and the Province of Alberta should be sued over the stuff they do. When they are working on the site, they allow deposits knowing that all winning is turned off while they work on it.

Can never login. They never send an access code even if the login and password are correct and well within the the year time frame since last login. Only started to notice the issue after the website updated and they added the app. Lucky I only spent a small amount on Lotto Max tickets a couple of times. THE BAD &THE UGLY

I've been waiting 21 days for Play Alberta (NeoPollard Interactive) to fix my problem "this time". I have another problem that hasn't been resolved and it's been more than two months. Their support call center agents regurgitate the scripted answers. They give conflicting information. If you get your problem escalated to a supervisor, that is another bad experience. If the supervisor isn't doing anything and you want to complain to a manager. That is not going to happen. Agents will never give you a Manager's name or contact information. There are not always supervisors in the customer call centre. Games crash all the time. The system logs you out randomly. They only have one way for you to retrieve your account. In my case, I'm not receiving emails from Play Alberta and I'm trying to reset my password and they email you a code. Doesn't help in my situation. Ive been told the only way to change my email address is to send it to them by mail. Snail Mail to be exact. There new app is atrocious. They keep trying to put square pegs into round holes. Why AGLC let the app be released with so many problems is beyond me. It does suggest that the customers and their experiences aren't important. It's all about the profits they make. A lot of people say they don't win. This has not been the case for me Ive been playing for a few years and have won significantly large amounts of money on numerous occasions. Of course I've had days where I couldn't win a dime if my life depended on it. There is no system of accountability for any one that works there. Some Agents give you a survey link at the end of your chat. It never works. If AGLC Play Alberta had an accountabiity matrix in place. They wouldn't be making new deals to spend more money with NeoPollard. (AGLC stands for Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commision.)

Same as everyone else, you never win on anything. Even when their odds say you should, you can spend hundreds of dollars before ever seeing free spins. Also if you do win a certain amount and continue playing, you end up losing everything you gained even though you've spun over 100 times.

26 deposit losing streak. Thousands of dollars spent. Could not even get any hits. Maximum hit was 6$ on a 6 dollar bet. Something wrong with them. Tried in the day and evening, tried restarting, nothing would work to get a hit. 6 days of depositing and not even a single hit that was more than my bet. That's pretty bad. Not sure how the site works or what times and days it's operational. I left them a review before so I think they were angry over it and made my account to only lose. We are talking thousands of spins and could not get anything, nothing. Before my review I could get some hits, after it, nothing. Play Alberta had the review taken down, so not sure what their problem still was. I would stay away from them. I deleted my account. Never going back there. Don't leave reviews with the same email you use at play alberta or you will also get punished.

This is honestly the worst online website you can play at. The agents are incompetent, outsourced and have no idea what they’re talking about. Agent by the name of Nicholas literally lied to me, and now the entire call center has been giving me the run around. Their games would change screens after coming to a complete stop. When you contact support they parrot the same things like they are robots, and say they have no records of any conversations. Then when I offered to provide screenshots (after being told to do so)- you’re being abusive I will end this conversation. This is their go to- like people are supposed to be kind to incompetence and deception. Outsourced management while doing location checks on us. PlayAlberta is grease fire.
