Trusting Pitchus with my songs was the worst decision I’ve ever made.
It’s been 5 months, and my Spotify algorithm is still completely destroyed. I no longer appear in “similar artists,” and I’m invisible in discovery playlists.
To make matters worse, I was fined $15, and two of my songs were permanently removed from all platforms.
Their so-called “service” does nothing but sabotage your career, kill your algorithm, and erase your presence.
For any artist who values their future and visibility — stay far, far away from Pitchus!

The campaign started pretty good, until February, my song was taken down, I've been contacting them ever since to fix it or refund me. They have been ignoring me.

Reply from Pitch-Us
Tried them out starting a month ago. It’s all Botted. Don’t trust it. And they duplicate charged me 4 days in a row. And they were supposed to put out an article on rolling hype but never did. I’ve tried to contact them via Email, no response. If I could give them zero stars I would. Save yourself the money, go somewhere more trusted like Imperium or Boost Collective.
They use bots and got my account deleted by spotify for using bots
The streams are artificial and my song got flagged and removed. So much for “real playlist and no bots and only organic growth” this company is not honest and you should avoid them unless you want to get flagged.
This company supposed to charge weekly but is charging every 4 days. In my case everyday. Don’t I repeat don’t use the services they are thieves.
Was a reliable company, but something happened at the start of 2025. I guess greed kicked in. You will end up with a strike for artificial streams at best, but probably a fine or your music took down. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.
If you have already started a campaign then make sure to report the bottled playlists to Spotify, you can check them using artist.tools playlist checker ( Google it!)
Now I will wait for the Pitch Us standard generic reply of we don't use bots and have no record of your campaign nonsense, but trust me they know what they're doing and are most certainly using bottled playlists.

I strongly advise staying away from Pitch-Us to avoid unnecessary stress, financial loss, and lasting damage to your music career. Earlier this year, I purchased two promotional campaigns from this company. Shortly after, both campaigns were flagged by Spotify for "irregular streaming" activity. The result was severe: my entire catalog was removed from the platform, and I was forced to pay financial penalties for streams that were ultimately determined to be artificial.
Pitch-Us was the only promotional service I had engaged, making it unmistakably clear that the flagged activity came directly from their campaigns.
Worse still is how they handled the situation. Pitch-Us promotes a “guarantee” on their website, claiming a refund if they fail to deliver the promised streams or if your music is unjustly removed and they were the sole marketing service used. I met both conditions. Yet, despite repeatedly providing the required documentation, I was met with delays, contradictory responses, and repeated requests for the same information.
Communication has been chaotic at best. I’ve dealt with individuals named “Olivia” and “Laura” who have made misleading claims, including telling me that a refund had been processed when it had not. I was also falsely told I had missed the refund window, despite providing evidence to the contrary. And astonishingly, when confronted with the fallout from their campaigns, their proposed “solution” was to run even more traffic, presumably using the same methods that got my music removed in the first place.
Even months later, the dialogue continues, filled with inconsistent responses, disorganization, and what appears to be outright dishonesty. Most recently, they denied ever streaming a title that happens to be the name of my album. That shows a clear lack of attention to basic details.
In my experience, in addition to the blatant attempts at obfuscation, Pitch-Us operates without the professionalism, transparency, or ethical standards that any artist should expect from a promotional partner. The consequences of working with them have been severe and far-reaching. If you value your music, your credibility, and your peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this company entirely.

Spotify put down one of my albums because artificial streamings, the only promoting platform I used was this one. One of my songs reach 100k + streams in a week only to go down to a 3.5k the week after because Spotify didn’t recognize them as legitimate.
Even though Pitch-Us answers to my emails, they keep sending info through different articles covering their assess by making it look that they are the victim because the music industry takes advantage of artists. We all know Spotify is a thief but definitely Pitch-Us is not something I would recommend or trust. This definitely messed up my algorithm and now I’m trying to find a way to put my Album back on Spotify.

Down here you’ll see a reply from their company lying again.lol

Customer service is next to non existent. Had to repeatedly contact to get response when order was never started. Used service for 3 songs and Spotify ended up removing all streams.

don't use their service
beside that i havent had that many streams i got all my streams deleted and this is what spotify sent me
We’ve detected artificial streams on this song. These streams have been removed from your all-time stream count above and across Spotify, but not from your private data below. If you have questions, including how this may affect your royalty payments, please contact your label or distributor.

When I first saw pitch us I read that they they contact playlist curator I was like oh that’s awesome and also that they ran on Spotify ads I have a tour coming up and I definitely needed the help a month later Spotify shut down my whole album and I sent 4 emails to and no response because I recorded with a member of the wutang clan it’s going to take me a week to get my music back on thanks for the bull hockey pitch us send me back my money

I had songs on spotify with organic listeners. I wanted my music to reach more audience by utilizing pitch-us. I spoke to a rep "Amy" and she promised they were organic but after a week or so spotify removed my song which prompted me to research their company which is something I should've done prior. Never again! DO NOT use pitch-us or anyone else offering organic streams. They will have your song removed and possibly banned from spotify all together.

They are using BOTS... if you want to have a bad relationship with Spotify and get flagged for Fake Streams... Do Not Trust Them. Business located in UAE, I doubt they will get penalized for promoting and running a fake service. Use at your own risk.

This company uses bots to generate your streams. Do not trust this company. I got a fine and was threatened to be banned from Spotify. As an Indie Artist, you have to be so careful with companies who are in charge of your promotions. If it sounds too good to be true- it is!! Very shitty experience. You have been warned!!

I can’t see myself working with Pitch-Us anymore after reading those comments from other people because I don’t think people have time to spread false rumors about Pitch-Us. I heard about bot being used and I won’t let them fake things. Pitch-Us made their promotion very expensive lately I don’t like greedy individuals. I won’t use their promotions anymore. GOD helped me to come across Shape Records. They promote your songs professionally. Don’t work with Pitch-Us if you wanna make it in the music industry scammers shouldn’t be trusted

The lists you put us on are 95% botted and we got one of our songs taken down after it was on Spotify for two years. We notified you in the beginning of placement and you said you would fix it and we never heard back. Do not work with this platform, you will lose all of your investment into your music.

Reply from Pitch-Us
Your music will be removed from Spotify if you use this service (take it from me, someone whose music was just removed from Spotify due to the streams from these playlists being flagged as artificial).
Any company that promises a set number of streams is 100% using bots to get you there. Please don't make the mistake I did using this service, no matter how pretty their branding is.
It took over 6 weeks to get my track playlisted in the first place using this service, which was frustrating. That said, I also noticed each night at the exact same time, almost all my daily "listeners" were listening (this was my first indication that they use bots).
In short, do not trust their website because clearly it is full of misinformation—every stream you get using this service will be from a bot.

Reply from Pitch-Us
I’ve used Pitch-Us five times now, and I want to be completely transparent about my experience.
When I first signed up, I had a strong suspicion that they were using bots to deliver the advertised “organic” streams. And I was right—they do. That said, I knowingly proceeded because I wanted to give my releases an initial push and hoped that the momentum would lead to organic traction from real listeners. And to be fair, the results were undeniable—for about two months, each release saw a significant spike in streams, giving the impression of serious momentum.
However, there is a catch—and it’s a big one.
Eventually, Spotify and DistroKid flagged my songs. I received notifications that my tracks were being removed due to artificial streaming activity. This has never happened with any of my previous releases, and Pitch-Us is the only streaming service I’ve ever used, so the cause was clear. That alone is enough to make me reconsider using them again.
Would I use their service in the future? Honestly, no. The risks now outweigh the rewards, especially with the dramatic price increase. Their stream boost package used to be somewhat affordable, but now the pricing has jumped from $700 to $2000 USD per song. That’s a hard pass for me.
In summary, if you're aware of the risks and just want short-term traction, the service can deliver. But if you're looking to build a sustainable and legitimate career on platforms like Spotify, I'd advise steering clear.
